Discovery Bay Executive Waterfront Home with Extra Large Dock and Water Toys

Quiet water location is fantastic for swimming, paddle boarding or fishing. A short ride to the fast water for boating. This beautiful 2800 Sq Ft. multi level home offers open concept living with two large living areas to enjoy.

A 3 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom multilevel home. Two bedrooms are located on the entry floor and the primary suite is located on the middle level. The primary has a King bed, with a beautiful view that looks out onto the water, and a luxurious en suite bathroom with a custom shower and walk-in closet. The second and third bedrooms both have queen beds. The two bedrooms share a full bath with a tub/ shower combo. All the bedrooms have brand new mattresses, linens and pillows. There is an open style living room, kitchen, and dining area that opens up to the large deck where another dining table and chat style lounge seating with a fire pit table and a BBQ grill. Perfect for watching the sunset. The two living area have games to play and an 65 inch TV with surround sound and cable.

You're welcome to use our 2 kayaks, Paddle Boat and two paddle boards. Please secure them when you're not using them . Use our dock to side tie your boat. ( Sorry our boat is not included but you can rent a ski boat or patio boat in the Marina).

Discovery Bay is a hidden gem on the California Delta. It is a boater's, water skier's, wake boarder's and fisherman's paradise. The Delta is made up of man made sloughs, so you can always find smooth water. Boaters can even navigate from Discovery Bay to San Francisco Bay. If you are not a water lover, we have nearby golf, pickleball, parks, fruit picking and wineries. A 30 minute drive to University of the Pacific. An hour drive to San Francisco, Napa or Sacramento.
