What an amazing house with a great location. This house is new, modern and very well sized for the whole family or a group of friends. Meagan was a great host and very accommodating. Loved the layout and all of the amenities it had to offer from the 2 hot tubs, ping pong table, theater room and arcade game. We will for sure come back and boom it again.

This property is absolutely fantastic in every way! A beautiful, serene location with amenities galore! The patio was our evening hang out spot with a warm fire adding to the ambiance. The kitchen is well stocked, and ideal for numerous people preparing meals. The beds were comfortable and the theatre room was a bonus! We ALL enjoyed our stay at this stunning home.

Perfect house for a large family. We were in Sedona a family wedding. My 2 daughters, their husbands and two grandchildren had plenty of space to be together or apart! The house has many amenities and activities too.Nice sidewalk walkable to local coffee. Highly recommend!

Beautiful house with a great floor plan for multiple bedrooms/bathrooms, open kitchen, dining and living area, plus terrific theater room and game room and very nice outdoor porches/sitting areas. The kitchen is fully equipped with necessary kitchen stuff and quality appliances, although main floor dishwasher probably should have a a brief operating guideline as it took some repeated attempts to have it begin.

We had 6 women on a girls trip and this house was perfect for us! Plenty of bathrooms, space, 2 hot tubs, and everything we needed for the perfect weekend. I would recommend more towels but we were fine using the hot tub towels. The games & theater downstairs were a fun bonus and we used the putting green to do group yoga! Great place, thank you for the awesome communication as well!!! Loved it!

The view from the patio was wonderful. Everything was as pictured on the website. Megan went out of the way, coming from Flagstaff, to help us with a dishwasher problem and then helped us with reservations at a resturant. We had a great stay!

The home is beautiful, we are age 40 - 87 and all really enjoyed our time there. We have already booked to return next year.The hot tub accommodated all of us, we played hours and hours of cards, watched a movie and enjoyed the old school arcade games. Great space with baths for each bedroom plus a couple more.

This was a fantastic, well-organized stay with incredibly comfortable beds and an impressively well-equipped kitchen. The location was a great home base; while the Devil's Bridge trailhead was a bit of a drive, Cathedral Rock was right down the road. The host was highly responsive and the space was spotless. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was fabulous! Loved playing ping pong! Loved watching movies in the theater! The host left pop corn in the theater, too! Everything was so modern and well appointed. House is just as nice as pictures, great quiet neighborhood, close to shops and restaurants. Perfect place for a family gathering or share with good friends. We watched the World Series in the theater, a real treat.

The pictures don't do this gorgeous house justice! It is a stunning one! The interior design is incredible. The property is beautifully landscaped and in a very nice neighborhood. It is in close proximity to downtown and other tourist attractions. The host thought of everything a visitor could possibly need during their stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of silverware, glasses, dishes, pots and pans. We had such a good time during our stay and were sad to leave. What more can we say except WOW!! Thank you to the owners for making my destination birthday a fabulous one!!

Great house, great location.

Everything about the house was great. It was perfect for a few families staying together. The kitchen had everything one could want, the outdoor spaces were great, it was comfortable, and spacious. Everyone thought it was better than how it looked in the pictures.

Perfect house for a group

lovely new home with plenty of room for 7 adults. Huge kitchen and dining area both inside and out was great. We were so busy with hiking and the Grand Canyon we didn’t take advantage of the games and movie room but would certainly have liked to. Great location to town.

Can't go wrong with this house

As titled, its a beautiful new modern and luxurious house with lots of fun unexpected amenities including a home theater, video games, golf, ping pong, hot tub, etc. We took advantage of them all.All the bedrooms have their own full bathroom which was important to us. If I had one pet peeve, none of the bedrooms had lamps next to the beds. Odd.Also a great host. Very responsive and helpful.

Family reunion

Walking into the home we were welcomed to a large, beautiful natural light living area with a view of the red Sedona rock, magnificent. This modern house was spotless, well located and big enough to offer places for fun and spots for quiet and reflection. Plenty of family dinners were prepared in the very spacious kitchen, dining area and connected BBQ. We loved our time in this house!
