Welcome to Sweet Dreams on 30A—your perfect escape in Blue Mountain Beach, FL! This spacious, pet-friendly 4BR/3BA home is designed for comfort and fun. Walk to the beach, unwind by the firepit, or cruise around in our optional 6-seater golf cart. Inside, enjoy a fully stocked coffee bar, smart TVs in every room, and cozy, well-appointed bedrooms. Guests also have access to the community pool, gym, and nearby Blue Mountain Beach favorites. FYI Pool closed for resurfacing 12/1-12/20!!

Our home is located in a quiet and peaceful residential community — ideal for families, couples, and friends looking to unwind. You'll have access to a shared pool and gym. FYI Pool closed for resurfacing 12/1-12/20!!

We’re just minutes from several 30A beach access points, local restaurants, coffee shops, and bike trails. Golf cart-friendly and easy to get around — whether you're headed to Blue Mountain Beach, Grayton Beach, or the nearby boutiques and bakeries.

You’ll have full access to the entire home, plus the community pool and gym. A smart lock code will be sent before check-in. Come and go as you please — it’s your private home during your stay.

Inside you’ll find a bright and airy open floor plan with a fully stocked kitchen, cozy living area, and stylish decor throughout.

Outdoors, relax on the porch with coffee, fire up the firepit, or hop on one of the bikes provided to explore the area.

Our home is in a walkable neighborhood with private beach access just 0.25 miles away — no need to cross 30A! This trail is perfect for a beach stroll but isn’t ideal for setting up chairs.

If you plan to bring chairs, we recommend one of these nearby access points, all reachable by bike or golf cart:

Grayton Beach State Park – 3.4 mi

We highly recommend renting our luxury, 6-seater, street-legal golf cart to make beach trips and local exploring easy and fun — the Blue Mountain + Grayton areas are golf cart-friendly.
