The Space:
As soon as you step into the home, you'll be greeted by an open & spacious living room with a reclining blue sofa and chairs that invites you to relax & unwind. The living area also features a unique decor that includes our custom blue graffiti wall (great for content) & an enhanced kitchen island for your small gatherings. Additionally, the open-plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances & flat screen TV's mounted on the walls.

The two bedrooms are Prolifically designed & tastefully decorated with shades of blue. Each bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed, soft linens, & natural sunlight. While the Master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, each bathroom comes sparkling clean with all the essentials you need for a refreshing shower or bath.


One of the best features of this Prolific Suite is the secure private parking lot. Each guest is guaranteed ONE free private parking spot with additional free street parking, if needed. It is known for many modern & historic attractions including, The Turkey Leg Hut, The Houston Museum of African American Culture, Emancipation Park, which was recently renovated & features a swimming pool, playground, & recreational facilities. It is also the home to the prestigious universities of Texas Southern University & The University of Houston. Overall, The Greater Third Ward neighborhood is a dynamic & exciting area that has something to offer for everyone, whether you're interested in culture, education, food, or history.

We offer in-house rental vehicles. Guest may also use Uber, Lyft, or Metro services.

We offer third party vendors, including but not limited to: Chefs, photographers/videographers, teeth whitening, Iphone repair services, masseuse/body conturing services + more.

There are 3 Ring camera devices located on the outside perimeter of the home & they will be recording 24/7 during your stay.

Your reservation will be subjected to cancellation without refund if house rules are broken.
