This was our first trip to St. Pete’s and we really enjoyed it! The condo was very clean. The check-in and check-out process was very easy. The condo is in a beautiful and peaceful location. The only negative for us was the lack of lighting in the bedroom. The only mirror other than the one in the bathroom was in the bedroom so it would have been nice to have had better lighting in there for getting ready to go out. Other than that, everything was great!

Nice place! A little pricey

Had a great stay! This condo had everything I wanted. Direct access to a nice, white sand beach, ocean view (a bit obstructed due to the structure of the building), and a pool. The property is clean and well kept. The condo itself is small and a bit dark and outdated but also clean and well kept. My first visit to St. Pete and I was surprised at the costs for everything. We stayed at a very nice, upscale resort on St. Thomas for the same price as this condo. If you need to visit St. Pete (we were visiting friends), I'd say this place is a solid option.Side note: we did have an issue with the garbage disposal, called and they sent someone to fix it right away! Very much appreciated how easy it was!

Best view of Saint Pete Beach

1This large one bedroom one bath condo is updated and has the best view of the beautiful Saint Pete Beach. The condo had everything a person could need to live comfortably and its access to the beach and food and entertainment was excellent! We loved it!

Check in was easy, location was amazing right on the beach. Now for the apartment, smelled moldy, very out dated. Other than the location being the best thing. I won’t stay in this premises again.

Ideal accommodations for beach holiday

All the conveniences of home and right on the beach. Cozy, clean pool area and plenty of nearby restaurants and services. The view off the patio was just as pictures. Patio is a bit inset however. Overall it was a much better value than a hotel.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Always love St. Pete Beach area. Unfortunately this year the weather was a little cool for us but what are you going to do!The apartment lacked enough dishes for a 3 week stay and a day of company. There was limited space to hang wet towels, and clothing. Some directions regarding garbage disposal would have come in handy---what does and does not go in. We Canadians are unfamiliar with them. lol Overall it was a very enjoyable vacation.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is all about the location. Right on the beach. Walking distance to many restaurants. Amenities at complex include shuffle board, a nice pool, private beach area with chairs, and easy access to the beach. The complex appears to be well taken care of and the views are amazing. We had a couple of issues during our stay and the reality company was very responsive and got things taken care of right away. The condo was clean.The condo itself though needs a lot of improvement. It is clear this condo is managed by a reality company and the owners rarely visit it. The entire condo needs a major update. We knew the decor from the pictures which isn't my first concern when renting but this place is full of heavy, old furniture. Dresser drawers were broken, the couch had a terrible smell to it and the linens for the sofa bed looked very old. The balcony furniture consisted of a cheap plastic table and folding chairs. All other balconies had much nicer furniture including a lounge chair. The kitchen had the basics but most rentals are much better stocked (cooking spray, oil, plastic wrap, foil, etc.). The utensils and other kitchen supplies are very old and well used. The bathroom is very small. There is nowhere to put anything. Some simple hooks on back of the door, a towel bar, and a shelf over the toilet would make a huge difference. There is a clock in the kitchen but nobody has taken the time to put batteries in it. A guide to the TV channels would have been nice. There is a ice make that clearly doesn’t work. Instead there are a bunch of ice cube trays that are so cracked they can barely be used. We may have high standards but I expected much more for a condo on the beach in St. Pete. The location and views are great so we will consider Caprice again but would not book this same condo. It is functional but it appears the owners really do not take care of the place.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We decided to try staying on the beach. This was the best part of being on the property. We loved having the beach access. We could tell this property is being worked on. It looked like it was freshly painted. There were extra flooring pieces under the bed - wouldn't have noticed but a few pieces stuck out. In the bedroom there really isn't a closet for guests to hang any clothes. Having that would be nice. The dresser was huge but when opening the drawers they immediately smelled musty so we couldn't use them. I'd also note the living room furniture had an odor. We did like the pocket door to the bathroom from the bedroom. The refrigerator had plenty of space, however there isn't much for cupboard space to store any groceries (we used the huge kitchen table for all of our groceries). We really did enjoy the access to the beach, however the property did not have beach chairs (this was stated that it may not) The beach towels provided in the property aren't beach towels, only 1 was. The woman who was at the property desk was so helpful. She helped us get towels and access to beach chairs. We will consider staying at this property again, but maybe not in this unit. We prepare a 2 bedroom/2 bath property.

Would have been amazing…

It’s difficult to give this property a fair review because the beach was being renourished throughout our entire stay. Which meant no direct beach access (my primary reason for selecting this unit and paying considerably more) and hundreds of dump trucks and plows running and beeping every day. I heard that notifications went out to all property owners but unfortunately, that information was not relayed to the property management group and thus, not relayed to me. The property manager was amazing to work with and they offered what I felt was a reasonable reimbursement. Definitely not their fault but made the vacation less than stellar. The accommodations were nice and clean. Just very difficult to give a review that didn’t take into account something that was beyond their control.

It was a very nice place and location was awesome. Easy check in and out. Could see the ocean from both sliding doors, and short walk to the ocean itself. We really enjoyed our stay there and would again ! Our only complaint would be the lack of cleanliness of the floors and windows.
