Check-in was quick & easy. The house was beautiful & spacious and was stocked with all of the necessities needed for an enjoyable stay.The washer wasn't working, which was a downer as I was nearing the end of my trip and wanted to pack a suitcase of clean clothes. Other than that, everything else was perfect! Would definitely stay again

Serenity and peacefulness

Very well kept older home. Extremely well decorated with all the amenities you could one. Just bring your clothes and toiletries. Princess is a Superb hostess and ensured we had a great time. Even my teenage grandsons put their electronics long enough to enjoy and that’s a feat. Thank you!

Wonderful house and host

The house is super well equipped, decorated, and really comfortable and functional. The beds were super comfortable too and Princess has been a fantastic host, she replied to all our messages very quickly and she was very very helpful the whole time. Thank you Princess! God willing we will come again!!!

The house was immaculately maintained inside and out with all necessary amenities in great shape. The convenient location allowed us close access to Luquillo, Culebra, Playa Azul, El Yunque, Fajardo excursions, Bayoluminescent Bay, and even Old San Juan and Isla Verde. It was a great place to stay for our group.

Did not disappoint!

This VRBO was spacious and clean. Communication was always fast and thoughtful. Plenty of little extras. We would definitely recommend this VRBO and will be happy to rent again if we return to PR.

Puerto Rico Vacation

Princess is an amazing Hostess!! The location is absolutely perfect! The home is beautiful, clean , everything you need for anything was easily available. Two babies 1 & 2 had everything they needed to be safe and entertained. A/C and washer/ dryer a huge plus! Our experience with the home is a 5 star+. Thank you for sharing your home ! Great stay!

Overall a great stay! The home is cute, with lots of outdoor spaces, and very nicely decorated. The kitchen is well equipped. The only thing we missed was a dishwasher. Plus the views of el yunque from the home itself are limited. The views from the beach are nice. Going to the beach on the golf cart was fun. Princess was very responsive about everything.

Wish we could have stayed longer

This place worked great for us. Four bedrooms/bathrooms was perfect along with a washer/dryer. Wish we could have stayed longer. Location was great for day trips to different places. We didn't make it to the beach nearby unfortunately. There was just so much to see and do. We loved having beach chairs and a cooler to use. Didn't use the golf cart, but might have had we stayed longer or didnt have a rental car. We loved the patio and had dinner out there a couple times and enjoyed just hanging out there. Tile was a little slippery though. Overall great place!

Couldn’t have picked a better place for our vacation!

Check in / Check out process was very smooth, host is very nice and responsive, the home exceeded my expectations as it looks even better in person! Super clean, organized, fully stocked with all necessities, located in a very safe location close to most attractions, restaurants, grocery stores and a super walmart. My family and I had a wonderful and relaxing time and made beautiful memories in the property. House is very spacious with many balconies my favorite one being the one with the hammock, I spent many nights there just admiring the beautiful Puerto Rican sky and listening to the beautiful sounds of el Coquí. Golf cart was a huge plus and the private beach near the property was great!!! I will be booking this property everytime I go back to PR!!! Torres Family Vacation

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming VRBO in Rio Grande, Puerto Rico, and it exceeded all my expectations. Here's why I highly recommend it: Nestled in the heart of Rio Grande, this VRBO offered the perfect balance between tranquility and convenience. Its proximity to the stunning beaches, lush rainforests, and local attractions made it an ideal base for exploring the wonders of Puerto Rico. The VRBO itself was a true home away from home. It was thoughtfully designed with modern furnishings and a charming island-inspired decor that exuded warmth and comfort. The spacious bedrooms were cozy and provided a peaceful night's sleep, while the living areas were perfect for relaxation and socializing. The fully equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare our own meals, and the outdoor patio was an excellent spot for morning coffees or evening cocktails.

Great House and Great Location

My family loved the location and house! It was ver comfortable with enough room for 6 adults and 2 infants. It was exactly how it was described in the listing. Modern and clean. You had everything you needed in the house which made it very easy to enjoy you time there and the beach. We loved the beach because it was quiet and not many people. We would recommend to bring an beach umbrella if it’s multiple people since the house only has 1 umbrella. The good thing is there is some palm trees that give some shade if you don’t bring extra. Overall loved staying at the house. The response from owner was amazing! Everything was addressed quickly and worked with us to get an extra night added last minute and reschedule the cleaning crew. Will stay again!

Perfect welcome to Puerto Rico

Our family LOVED our stay in this well stocked, lovely home! The beds were extremely comfortable, the kitchen and bathrooms had everything you needed or possibly forgot from home, there were ample towels (including beach towels), a large washer and dryer to keep us clean, yard games, and beach accessories. The house was CLEAN and we felt very comfortable. My favorite spot was in one of the hammocks on the lower deck in the shade. We were close to all the activities/places we wanted to visit on the Northeast side of the island ~ about 20 minutes to El Yunque, about 40 to Fajardo (Luguna Grande Bioluminescent Bay) and about 50 to Old San Juan. The best part of all was the VERY fast response and care from the owner. She contacted us when the internet went down and called the company while we were ziplining in the rainforest, she answered all my questions within an hour, and even reached out to make sure we were watching the weather and aware of increased danger for rip tides after the storm passed. I would 1000% recommend this lovely home to anyone looking to enjoy some time on the northeast side of the island.
