Profitez d'une belle et spacieuse maison située au sein de Hacienda Paloma communauté fermée. La maison est entièrement meublée avec 4 chambres et 2 ½ salles de bains pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes confortablement -10. La chambre principale a un lit king size, dressing et une salle de bain complète avec baignoire jacuzzi. Deux chambres ont chacune un lit queen et une chambre a deux lits jumeaux. Il y a la télévision dans 3 des chambres et un très grand dans le salon. Dehors, il y a un patio de luxe qui est entièrement meublé comprenant un barbecue, salon bar, et un grand jardin paysagé avec vue sur la forêt!

Family Vacation

The house was big enough and comfortable for a big family, but the cleanliness of the house was questionable. There was a balloon left from the previous family and the kitchen was not as clean. We found a big roach by the main entrance and smaller roaches around the same area and the kitchen. The master bed was sinking in the middle and all the pillows were flat. Most of the information in the binder was outdated. However, Joel, the owner, was very helpful. I think that if the cleanliness and comfort improve, I wouldn’t mind staying there again.

Great stay

loved the house. We were a family of eight adults. the rooms were perfect. The owner was prompt on everything that we needed. the community pool was right next to the apt. Luquillo Beach was gorgeous. I will stay again.

Great rental!

This is our 3rd stay at Joel’s place! When I first looked it was booked for our dates so I viewed other rentals—read reviews about lost power, no water—basically a nightmare vacation. Joel’s rental has a new battery storage and we’ve never lost water or power! He was available anytime for questions (even with our 2am arrival time).Well stocked-my kids loved the beach toys! The pool right Nextdoor is a nice break from the nearby (amazing beach!) Close to everything-but in a quiet safe neighborhood. Can’t wait to visit next year!

House was clean and in a nice gated community. It is our second stay in this neighborhood. Great location, our family of four enjoyed!

The unit was adequately cleaned with exception of the stove. We encountered numerous problems while staying at the property. The television in the main bedroom did not work until halfway through our stay. The host neglected to tell us about the pets (roaches). Two of the air conditioners were not functioning properly and left huge pools of water on the floor which we were constantly cleaning until he sent the repair guy out 2 days later. There were also a number of other small issues. I must be fair and note that the host was responsive but I feel some of the issues that we incurred were due to poor maintenance because no one should be fighting roaches on their vacation. I also feel like the air conditioning should be in working order when you arrive. Due to the numerous issues we had with the unit, I did request a small refund of a portion of my money and the host declined.

Great location in Puerto Rico

The house is really close (<10 min drive) to Luquillo Beach, Luquillo central square/restaurants, grocery/pharmacy and 15-20 drive to El Yunque rainforest.

Great week in Puerto Rico

The house was spacious and comfortable. Check in was easy. We had the pool to ourselves most of the week. The house was close enough that we could do day trips to rain forest, beach, Fajardo for bioluminescent bay and a snorkeling day. Overall, nice stay.

2nd time staying

Clean, well stocked, spacious place as advertised. Great location—close to beach, rainforest and grocery/pharmacy. Short drive to restaurants in central town area and kiosks. 4 adults and two kids-plenty of room for everyone. Love the outdoor covered patio! This was out 2nd time staying at Joel’s place. My kids are already asking if we can go again next year!

Family vacation review

The stay here was overall great! We did have some concerns with the air conditioner leaking, and the stove where we had to call for maintenance. The problems were resolved very quickly for the most part. Otherwise, this was amazing for my family and I. Very clean, amazing location, near a bunch of food and shops and a really nice beach. Overall we were more than happy with our stay!

Great house to do our excursions from! Everyone had a bedroom and had plenty of room for all 5 of us. Well appointed kitchen and big screen for the kids to play their video games after a long day exploring. Highly recommend.

Excellent for families

We stayed here with 4 adults and 4 kids. The house is spacious and the neighborhood is quiet , backing up to a large forested area (that cows come out of the trees to visit you at night sometimes lol). The basketball court and pool are easily accessed and our kids used them every day. There are plenty of family friendly beaches in Luquillo down the hill from the house. Everything you would need for a safe successful beach day is provided in the garage, chairs, mats, coolers, sunbrella etc. We did pack our own life vests for our littlest. We used a hose in the garage to clean up the kids after beach days which was really helpful to control the sand. El Yunque trailheads are easy to access from this house too. We arrived always when the parked opened at 8, and had no trouble parking inside. San Juan traffic can add an extra 30 mins to your drive during rush hour so be prepared for that, but any other time it’s only about 45 mins away. We kayaked with manatees and toured old San Juan and the Forts. You can get in to both forts with a 10 dollar ticket for adults and kids are free. You can buy a cheap kite on site in a large grassy area to fly with your kids and it’s awesome. Overall we found this house to be an excellent jumping off point and a super relaxing place to crash in the middle of the day or in the evenings.

Perfect Home Away from Home

Joel was very helpful. He made sure everything ran smooth. The house looked 20 times better than in the pictures. It was so spacious and very well maintained. We will be right back 😍 thank you Joel for everything.

Nice property

Pictures were accurate. It’s a nice property with a lot going on in the backyard. Cows, fruit trees etc. it was nice having boogie boards to use. Property could use a little maintenance (dishwasher). But nothing to ruin our stay.

The house was better than expected. The pictures do not do it justice. It was located in a agreat location, very close to the beach. Joel was attentive to our needs. There were a few things that didn't work. The light in the family room and the front door-we could not figure out how to open it. We just used the garage and it was fine.

Quiet & close to nature

The one thing to note about this property is that there is no dishwasher. We didn't need it, but if you are someone that is allergic to washing a few dishes, you may want to look elsewhere. Joel was great to work with, the property was clean, and right where we wanted to be - away from the traffic of San Juan and closer to nature.

Loved our stay!

We had an amazing time, and can’t wait to go back! The house was perfect for our group. Plenty of room, and close to the beach, the rainforest, and other activities. The back patio was the perfect place to play games and hang out. There were a few kitchen cabinets that were a bit loose, but didn’t affect usability, and I must have misunderstood about the pool when I read the VRBO post regarding the pool. I thought it was at the house, but it is at the amenity center, which is literally a few hundred feet away. Not a big deal, as we spent our time exploring beaches. Also appreciated reading the logbook that previous renters had written in, suggesting places to go!

We are a military family that moved to Luquillo Puerto Rico in 2010 from Fort Rucker, Alabama. Joel Delgado Retired Army Pilot with 26 years of service. Claribel Diaz with 20 years as a family and mental health counselor. We are now living in Orlando, Florida with our 17 year old daughter and 15 year old son to pursue their dreams in education and sports opportunities. We love our Puerto Rico home and decided to offer it as a vacation rental.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We bought this house as it's only 30 minutes from the International Airport, close to the beach, rain forest, endless amenities such a Vieques and Culebras Island where they have one of the top ten beautiful beaches in the world. It's centrally located next to local puertorican food, restaurants, golfing, and all the touristic zone areas!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

This house has 2800 sq.ft inside and 1200 sq.ft outside space providing lots of space and privacy. There is a community basketball court, swimming pool, gazebo, and club house with a gym right next door. In addition, it has privet security for guest safety and a electrical generator in case of black outs.
