The host was not as friendly with her words as I would have liked. She basically stated that the description didnât mention there was an oven when I asked if there was a way to provide a small oven. I went back and the description mentioned a âstoveâ. According to the EIA(energy info admin) 90% of all stoves have ovens so it was normal for me to assume that if the description has âstoveâ there would be an oven attached. It should read âstove topâonly. The host stated âAs mentioned in the property description,..âstove top onlyâ. Which was a false statement. The host also mentioned, âWeâd be happy to help. Would a charcoal grill work for you? Please let me know.â I responded within ten minutes with excitement-, ââŠAs for the grill, YES! We would love that.â We then purchased food for the grill but the promise wasnât kept. No one ever brought a grill. As for the house, It was almost perfect for my family. I wouldnât say it fits 12 comfortably. We had 9 and it was almost too small for the group. There are. Notices to remain quiet after 10pm but the neighborhood is far from quiet after 10. It didnât bother us but if you want quiet, choose another location. The location from all the important places like the airport, beaches, old San Juan etc was 9/10. Another negative was the maneuvering out of our driveway because the home across from us always kept a car blocking our exit and it required a pro driver to get in and out.
