Our largest unit sleeps 4 comfortably within it's 980 sq. ft. Minutes to the Embarcadero, Morro Rock and all the activities this gorgeous bay has to offer. Kayaking, paddleboarding, antiquing, hiking or stroll the boardwalk all the way to Morro Rock. Grab a bite to eat at many of the restaurants from casual to classy and everything in between.

The space
Unlike others we have NO hidden fees! NO cleaning fees!

Our 3 unit building is located on a bluff overlooking the Embarcadero, bay and ocean - all units are on the 2nd floor - Our "Captains Quarters" is the largest at 980 square feet and will accommodate 4 comfortably.

Our "Aft" and "Mid Ship" units are 500 square feet and will accommodate 2 comfortably. Each has their own private entrance accessed by a shared set of stairs. You'll be within walking distance to all the action, yet located in a quiet neighborhood.

Please note: we have onsite parking for 1 small/medium vehicle or you typically park right in front on the street.
Guest access
The largest unit, with 980 square feet of space, a nice kitchen and the best views of the Bay & ocean all the way to Los Osos. A great space for up to four.

Each unit has their own outdoor seating area on the common balcony overlooking the bay, ocean, and Embarcadero.
Other things to note
This is a residential quiet community - please respect our neighbors, other guests and our quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am.

We have motion cameras that record our street, front door and our back door. Both are located at the lower level.

I wish we didn't have to specify this, but please don't sneak in your children, your pets, additional guests (not included in your reservation). Each confirmed reservation is for use only & for those included in the reservation.
