Iâm almost cautious to brag on this place too much, because I want to rent it myself in the future! Seriously though, this place is special and we will be back. The amenities, the proximity to the beach, and the way it is managed to all make it such a neat place to stay.
Enjoyed the roomy house with garage parking. Location is great, walking distance to beach, quiet neighborhood. Nice patio area where we could play games with the grand kids. Kitchen was very good and there was a big table for family meals.
We rented this home for our family from Florida to stay while they visited. The house is clean, It's located in a great, walkable neighborhood close to the beach, and they enjoyed their overall stay. We will definitely try to book this place again when they come back to town!
This older yet redone home was comfortable for all 6 of us. The room off the garage seemed odd at first but actually worked out well as the kids could have their space and watch TV out there. Very quiet neighborhood. Good access to the beach and the bike trails and park for the kids.
This home was comfy and close to the beach for walks etc. beautiful landscaping and amazing succulents and flowers. It was perfect for our get together with 8 long time friends!!!
Great location just blocks from the beach and bike paths into town. House was very comfortable and had everything you would expect.
Multiple neighbors have dogs. They very rarely barked but just something to be aware of if you come with a pet.
The most amazing home located in the heart of Morro bay but without the hustle and bustle. Quiet, safe beautiful location in a cozy neighborhood. Walking distance from a trail, the beach and other amazing outdoor amenities. Perfect home for kids and your pet as there is a fenced in front/backyard. 100 stars for the property. It was perfect for my family and dog for a peaceful spring break getaway!! Will definitely be coming back in the near future!!! You wonât regret it!!!
This home is ideally located on the ocean side of Hwy 1 in Morro Bay. Positioned only a block from the beach and the dog park, you have access to water as well as a place to walk your dog. But be aware, dogs are not allowed on Morro beaches, which is a bit disappointing. That said, Cayucos is welcoming to dogs, and it's just a short drive away.
This home is very nice, and the yard is fully fenced in for your dogs. It's also a very nicely equipped kitchen with 3 bedrooms, yet the home is fairly tight living. Ideal for 1 to 2 people but would be a bit crowded for more than 2. The 3rd bedroom is an ADU attached to through the garage. We didn't use it but it's a very nice room.
The home was very close to the beach (10 minute walk) for sunset walks, etc. There was also a lovely walking path nearby as dogs not allowed on this stretch of beach. The kitchen was well stocked and the outdoor patio and grill very nice. Back yard completely fenced in. Having a garage was great as we packed up to leave in the rain. The neighborhood was exceptional (safe, quiet, well maintained) all with similar homes which now list for more than I can believe-even for CA!
House was great, just a few issues. Steps feom house to garage and step down to 3rd bedroom to steep. It could cause someone to realy get hurt. And no scrubber to wash the dishes. Beds were to die for, everyone i each room said the same thing, best sleep ever..
I will definitely book again i the future

There's a lot to like about this rental (and we've done many on VRBO and the like), but sadly, also a lot that's not what it should be.
The good: Great location. Home mostly as advertised, although it's a bit smaller than the pictures would indicate.
The puzzling: Once there, we found out we were expected to "replenish" any supplies used. Things like toilet paper, gas for the bbq, and so on. Odd, to say the least, and never experienced that before. Likewise, because the house-cleaners (which we pay for, of course) "couldn't" empty the dishwasher, had to have it run and emptied prior to leaving. Not exactly easy with a morning departure... and a family. And some minor things, like only 2 pillows per bed (although we could use the decorative ones, if we "removed the shams"... but no pillocases. Huh?) One trip to Costco per year by the owners would solve most of these annoyances.
The patio is still the same crushed stone in the pic. The "finished" is the addition of a bbq and some chairs. Not exactly friendly for the bare feet of vacation. Right up there with stepping on a Lego.
It's a bummer, as this place could be pretty solid. Took a look around, and there are much better properties available for comparable prices.
Host were great. Home was very lovely with an enchanted garden. Didnât realize there was s garage with driveway to park on. Tried finagling with these old rolling fences on the other side, trying to park our cars there before realizing the driveway on the other side
