Have fun with the whole family in this stylish remodeled home in a prime North Scottsdale location. With tons of amenities this home is a great setting to make vacation memories in sunny Arizona. High end furnishings, comfortable beds, and plenty of games for all to enjoy. Relax around the pool or try your luck in the game room on the arcade games or fooseball table. Prime location close to dining and shopping options including Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter.

The space
A complete remodel in 2021 this stylish home is ready for travelers looking to get away and relax and have fun. There are 4 spacious bedrooms with 2.5 bathrooms. Two large living spaces with comfy couches to kick back relax and watch a movie. The kids can stay entertained while playing a game of ping pong, foosball, or one of the full sized arcade games. Enjoy the AZ weather in this beautiful backyard with Pool, BBQ, Corn Hole, Giant Jenga, and Giant Connect 4. Located in beautiful quiet Scottsdale neighborhood!

Guests have access to the whole house.

Other things to note

Pool heating is $75 per day or $350 per week Guests must request to have pool heated 72 hours prior to arrival and applies for Months October to April.

Must be 25 years of age to rent home.

NOT A PARTY HOUSE!! Any loud of disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. We welcome our guests to have fun and enjoy the home but you must always be respectful of the neighbors.

Quiet hours are 10 PM nightly which is Scottsdale City Ordinance

If traveling with children 6 years of age and under please notify Management for a pool safety notice.

No smoking in home at any time

Ring camera on the front of the home for guest safety and security of the property. No cameras in home or anywhere in backyard

Great place for families

Well appointed home, games for kids, including ball machines, ping-pong, and foosball. Large comfortable rooms. Well-maintained home in the great location. Would definitely rent there again.

We loved the location of the house and how easy it was to get to everything. The house was very clean, had a great pool, and we loved the game room.

Home away from home

We had a great time. There was normal wear and tear and a couple of issues that I shared with the property manager that they're addressing.. but overall the entire family enjoyed swimming in the pool and playing games together. It was nearby everything and everyone that we were in town to visit. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was beautiful with the exception of a few minor things that needed repairs. Fortunately, those repairs did not effect our stay. We could have used a few more towels and a broom, but all in all we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again if needed in the future!

Family vacation

We enjoyed our stay at the property. Good location, relaxing, and clean. Everyone enjoyed the pool, patio, and game room. We had a couple minor issues when we first arrived, but the handyman responded and fixed things the next day. We would book this again.

Wonderful family & friends time

House was great, onlybissue we had was pool heater not working, bit we reached out to property manager and they were right on it! Got a pool tech out asap and even had him return next day to ensure all was well! Definitely a 5

Perfect Stay!

We really enjoyed the cleanliness of the home as well as the location and convenience to Old Town, North Scottsdale, Kierland, etc. The pool was awesome, and the home layout was very accommodating for gathering and entertaining. Would love to rent again!

Large family home

This home was just as it was described large enough for our family comfortable beds, X-Large towels, kitchen amenities and great pool. Close to shopping and restaurants. Extra living space area for all to spread out and even gather together to play air hockey, arcade games and ping pong. Definitely a place we would go back to. Neighborhood is clean and very nice area.

Would not rent again

Positives. Pool was heated throughout the week at very comfortable temperature. Cleaning staff was good after previous renter. Negatives. Fridge door handle was broken but repaired two days later. Master bedroom mattress needs replacing. Family room couch needs replacing as it was very uncomfortable to sit in in and hard to get out of as it was very low to the floor. Kitchen table could seat at least five people but only had three chairs. Dining table had only three chairs when it was made for six. Railing to get in and out of the pool was very loose and unsteady. Needs attention.
