Welcome to Serenity Now! A lovely North OC oceanfront condo with king bed and queen sofabed, sleeps 4. Newly renovated, with electric fireplace, big flatscreen TVs, a fully equipt kitchen, and a full and half bath. Located near many of OCs favorite restaurants and bars including Sushi Cafe, Crab Bag, Cafe Mirage, and Tequila Mockingbird. Also close to 58 acre NorthSide Park with sports fields, a walking/jogging path, playground, fishing/crabbing pier, outdoor fitness area and recreation center!

Included:
Linens for the King bed and Queen sofa bed
Towel set is provided for each registered guest (bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth). We are unable to supply additional towels, but there is a washer and dryer available for your use.
A starter supply of: coffee, cooking oil, spices, paper towels, toilet paper

PLEASE NOTE: We get credited to replace soiled linens and towels, so please do not dispose of any! If any linens or towels are missing you will be charged a replacement fee.

RECOMMENDATION:
Please note that since we have a strict cancellation policy we strongly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance at time of booking.

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: You must be at least 25 years old to rent this unit. Any guests who are minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of the stay.

* At checkout, guests are expected to remove all trash and place bagged trash in the dumpster in the parking lot.
* If you have dirty dishes on the morning of checkout, please load the dishwasher and start a cycle with the provided dish detergent.

Cancellation Policy:
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If the guest cancels 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, they'll be refunded 50% for all nights, plus the cleaning fee.
If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll be refunded 50% for all nights, plus the cleaning fee.
If they cancel after that, only the cleaning fee will be refunded.
