Welcome to our charming little blue house in Niagara Falls! Our fully renovated home is the perfect getaway for couples, families and groups looking to experience the beauty of the falls and the excitement of the tourist district. With a cozy loft area that doubles as a bedroom and hangout space, complete with a TV and bean bag chairs, there's plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind after a long day of sightseeing.

Our house is just a 5-minute drive from the falls and the bustling tourist area, so you'll have easy access to all the best restaurants, attractions, and entertainment that Niagara has to offer but from a quiet and relaxing starting point. When you're ready to unwind, you'll find that our home is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, from plush bedding and towels to a fully stocked kitchen and modern amenities like Wi-Fi and a smart TV.

We've designed our home with guest comfort in mind, so you'll find thoughtful touches throughout, like board games, books, complimentary coffee and a spacious backyard with a BBQ and outdoor seating. Whether you're here for a family vacation, a romantic getaway, or a weekend with friends, our charming blue house in Niagara Falls is the perfect place to call home.

Main floor features 2 bedrooms with a queen bed each, a full bathroom accessed from the hallway with bathtub/shower combo and another full bath accessed through a bedroom with double sinks and a shower.

Our kitchen is equipped with all basic appliances and utensils for your use including Keurig coffee maker, microwave, toaster, kettle, pots, pans, baking dishes and more.

FREE parking available for up to 4 vehicles.

Guests will have access to the entire property. Basement is unfinished and unusable.

The loft space is ideal for youth or adults ready to duck.
Unfortunately, we can not accommodate pets or service animals, due to allergies.

No unauthorized guests allowed. Only the guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property.

Absolutely no parties or loud music.

Outdoor noise but be kept to a reasonable volume in respect of our neighbours. Outdoor quiet hours between 9pm-9am.
