This tiny home sits in the countryside where many deer and turkey can be seen. Relax at your campfire and sit and watch the fireflies while the kids run in the large yard. It is set up with one queen bed with one pull out couch. After a long day at Holiday World you can be at your doorstep in 1.5 miles.
Country setting on a total of over 12 acres. Three other homes on the property to accommodate larger gatherings if needed.
There is no real neighborhood as this is a country setting. This location is on the same road as Holiday World (1.5 miles). We havea Dollar General, Santa Claus Indiana Post Office ( Santa Letters come here), family owned grocery (Holiday Foods), hardware store, 2 gas stations and a liquor store (My husband and I own it) located right down the road. We can always been contacted by phone or by stopping by the store for help.
We will provide sheets, blankets, pillows, bath and kitchen towels and washcloths. We also provide shampoo, conditioner, body soap, laundry detergent, dryer sheetsand a starter pack on toilet paper, trash bags and paper towel. Single serve coffee and creamers, packets of ketchup and mustard will be in the kitchen for your convenience.
Smoking is NOT PERMITTED in our house. If it is found that your party has smoked inside the house, a cleaning fee of $300 will automatically be charged.
Due to sanitary issues, NO PETS are allowed inside or outside our house. Please make other arrangements for your pets prior to your trip.
