The Space:
- There is one additional room in the home that contains 1 full bed. For clarity, this room has a door that can be closed for additional privacy. It is labeled as a “living room” above.

- Custom chef's kitchen comes complete with essential cookware. Just bring the groceries!
- Shared, heated pool and outdoor dining area with professional-grade grill.
- Shared pool is typically heated/temperature controlled from Labor Day through Memorial Day.
- Local art featured throughout the unit, including a hand-drawn mural by local artist Aaron Lopez-Barrantes
- Bathrooms come complete with essential toiletries (bath gel/shampoo/conditioner), as well as walk-in showers and soaking tubs
- All beds feature Tempurpedic-quality mattresses and silky, high thread count linens.
- All bathrooms are immaculate and include essential toiletries and stacks of plush cotton towels.
Guest Access:
Please note this is a listing for one unit in a larger building. The entire unit is reserved for your exclusive use. You will be staying in one unit in a two unit building. This means you may encounter other guests during your stay. While you unit is 100% private and for your exclusive use the outdoor patio and pool is shared. Contact me for information on how to book the entire building, and please respect the other tenants in the building. The building foyer is a shared space. Unfortunately, this home is not wheelchair accessible.
The Neighborhood:
Our condo is located on Magazine Street on the corner of the Central Business District and the Lower Garden District, one of the most historic neighborhoods in New Orleans. At your doorstep are Greek revival and Victorian mansions, museums, and world-class restaurants. Walk down Magazine Street and explore the miles of galleries, antique stores, and boutiques waiting for you there. The WWII Museum is 2 blocks away. While this charming part of town provides a tranquil refuge from the thrill of French Quarter, it is truly a destination in itself.
All guests after booking will receive a personalized list of recommendations including locals favorite spots, restaurants, and activities. We will provide detailed information and guides on the surrounding area to enhance your overall experience.
Getting Around:
Our convenient location and safe neighborhood makes this your ultimate travel destination. We are nestled in between the premier Central Business District and the beautiful Lower Garden District while still close to most major sites. We are a 5 minute walk from the St Charles at Erato streetcar stop, and the neighborhood features plentiful on street parking. While there is plenty to see and do here on foot, we are a quick 5-7 minute drive to the Superdome and French Quarter or a 20-25 minute walk.

-We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment.
-Pets are not allowed at this property.
-Mailing packages to the premises is not permitted.
-We use Arlo and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.

Interaction with Guests:
You will have complete privacy here. Should the rare maintenance issue occur, our ground team is available to assist. Check in is keyless; no need to worry about lost keys!
