Welcome to this beautifully refurbished 4th floor Market Street Inn condo! Overlooking the vibrant Baytowne Wharf village, this beach-inspired lockout style two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests.
The primary bedroom boasts a king-size bed, private bathroom with an oversized tub, and a standalone shower. Meanwhile, the secondary bedroom serves as a studio with two Queen-size beds, a microwave, mini-fridge, and coffee maker, along with its own private bath featuring a shower/tub combo. This room has a separate entrance from the hallway or can be accessed through the living room, and both bedrooms include sound machine alarm clocks for a restful sleep.
In the bright and cozy living room, you'll find a new smart flat screen 65-inch TV and a sleeper sofa. Step out onto your private balcony to enjoy views of exciting events such as the Mardi Gras parade, golf cart parade, fireworks and other happenings in Sandestin.
The full kitchen is well-equipped with appliances, a coffee maker, dishwasher, and even a crockpot, allowing you to prepare meals for your group. The dining table comfortably seats 6 people, and the convenience of a washer/dryer inside the kitchen closet brings the comforts of home to your vacation.
As part of the gated community of Sandestin and Baytowne Wharf, you'll have access to free gated parking, shopping, dining, and leisurely strolls along the bay and resort. We are from McKinney, Texas and we are fulfilling a dream wehave had for over 30 years of owning property in Florida. Our dream came true in April 2023 when we purchased this amazing condo. I am putting my touch and style to make it our Sunset Dreams Condo. My hope is that you will have many sunset dreams and enjoy many beautiful sunrises when you stay at the condo.
Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
We love a neighborhood that not only gives you access to a private beach but you have several golf courses, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, marina and nightly enterainment within walking distance. You have bars and restaurants within steps from the condo as well as a zip line and other activities for the kids. The private pool is located on the roof top of the third floor with grills and a workout room. There is a dueling piano bar literally steps away. We love the fact that you actually don't have to drive once you arrive you have everything you need within walking distance or a short shuttle ride.
Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?
We are on the fourth floor of Market Street Inn with a balcony that overlooks the walkway. We are far enough away from the loud noises but close enough for the action. You can sit on the balcony and watch the parades and events that take place on property. It is perfect for people watching if that is your thing.
