No lockoffs) is an upstairs villa that overlooks the popular family friendly pools and children's splash zone at the main clubhouse in the exclusive Legacy Villas at La Quinta. With southwest facing windows, the rays of the sun greet you in the morning, but later in the day, both covered balconies provide cool afternoon shade with palm tree views of the desert mountains. The Living Room balcony is its own outdoor living area outfitted with a thick cushioned loveseat and two comfy armchairs to enjoy that southern California endless summer air. Grill your favorite eats outside on the Char-Broil electric BBQ while keeping a second eye on the kiddos down by the pool.

Our condo’s fully equipped kitchen provides the tools you need to prepare simple home cooked meals, including a 4-burner gas stove with built-in microwave, french door-style refrigerator with freezer drawer, ice maker and filtered water dispenser. Other appliances include dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, blender and tea kettle. Solid Granite Kitchen countertops throughout. All cookware, kitchenware, dinnerware, glassware, and silverware are included. Our unit is also family friendly with plenty of unbreakable kids plates and cups!

Our Living Room is furnished with a Queen Sleeper Sofa, cushioned ottoman, and two big armchairs. The 55” TV with cable and “One Touch” gas fireplace welcomes family and friends to gather together. Ceiling Fan and robust HVAC system keeps everyone comfortable. Free WiFi keeps everyone connected.

Legacy Villas is a gated condo community with 24-hour security at the main gate. Rental guests have free access to all 12 swimming pools and 11 outdoor jetted hot tubs scattered throughout 40-acres of landscaped grounds. The main clubhouse includes use of the state-of-the-art fitness center, outdoor fireplaces, hammock garden, picnic tables, poolside cabanas, community gas BBQs (at the lap pool adjacent to the main courtyard), as well as a quiet lounge with high-ceilings and comfy couches. This private community is interlaced with shimmering fountains, walking paths, and desert gardens bursting with bougainvillea, rosemary bushes, flowering cacti, and citrus trees. The poolside Legacy Grill is open during the high season with limited hours.

PGA championship-level golf courses and top-tier tennis clinics just a few minutes away. 3 miles to Indian Wells Tennis Garden. 5 miles to the Empire Polo grounds. 20 miles to Palm Springs. Less than an hour’s drive to Joshua Tree, Idyllwild, or the Salton Sea.
