BASEMENT

The cozy and inviting basement has everything you need for a fun and relaxing evening. There is couch that is positioned in front of a smart TV and you will see a beautiful pool table that is expertly placed in the center of the room. The sofa is soft and comfortable, perfect for spectators to watch the game or for players to take a break in between shots.

Adjacent to the pool table is the entrance to the movie room, which is designed to make you feel like you are in a real theater. The room is dark, with soundproof walls that ensure you won't be disturbed by any outside noise. Another TV is positioned in front of plush theater seats, complete with cup holders for your drinks and snacks.

Guest Access:

The home is all yours. You have your own entrance, parking, and full reign of the space. You will enter the home using a door equipped with keyless entry (code provided before check in) which adds ease and flexibility to check in and check out.



The Neighborhood:

Located in very family oriented neighborhood that boasts tree lined streets and unique homes. Guests may enjoy a walk and will find friendly neighbors, kids playing, and folks enjoying front porches.



Getting Around:

Our garage can accommodate 2 cars for parking! The driveway is also usable.Most attractions will require taking an $20 Uber/Lyft ride or renting a car.



Other Things to Note:

HOUSE RULES:

No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $2000 if these rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 8:00am



LOCAL guests - please send us a message before booking. We cannot host local guests without prior authorization or preapproval. We have the right to decline guests who refuses to go through our pre screening or disagrees with our house rules.



NO eating or drinking is allowed at the pool table. This is to ensure that the surface remains clean and free of any spills or stains that could damage the felt or cause the balls to roll unevenly. Guests are welcome to enjoy food and drinks in other areas of the house, but must be careful not to bring them near the pool table.



PETS-

This property welcomes well-behaved pets and their responsible owners. Please include your pet in the reservation. The platform only allows one pet fee—additional pets must be paid separately via the Resolution Center or invoice. Pet fee is $100 per pet, per stay. All pets must be pre-approved.

Guests must clean up after their pets. Unauthorized or unreported pets may result in fines up to $500, plus any damages or extra cleaning.

The yard is fully fenced and the neighborhood is great for walks.



Interaction with Guests:

You are welcome to contact us with questions through the Airbnb app should anything come up during your stay— we are not far away.. but we do not interact directly with guests unless it’s necessary. We make sure you feel like you're in your home-away-from-home, free of intrusion.
