Your ‘tranquility base’ getaway located at a beautifully natural part of the beach! Incredible oceanfront views await from this artistically updated 2 bedroom flat condo. The living room features a flat screen tv, plenty of seating for everyone as well as an amazing view of the ocean. The dining table seats 4 and allows great views of the ocean while you enjoy your meal. The kitchen has been renovated and upgraded with new larger cabinets, upgraded appliances, large double sink and a bar top looking into the living room. The master bedroom comes equipped with a king bed, TV, upgraded window shutters and renovated master bath with a large walk in shower and oversized sink vanity. The guest bedroom features 2 twin beds, upgraded furniture and upgraded shutters on the windows. The guest bath comes with a tub / shower combo and upgraded vanity as well. This unit also comes with a newer stackable washer / dryer to use when needed.

Summerhouse Beach and Racquet Club features 4 heated / chilled pools. Pickle ball, tennis and racquetball courts. 4 Beach walkovers, small library and gym located in the office plus a playground, grilling area and gazebo for outdoor get-togethers. This property also has a large clubhouse that is available to rent for private functions.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check in was great(only took about 5 minutes). Our condo was ok, but we have several complaints. We noticed that the coffee maker and dishwasher was not clean, king bed was not comfortable(mattress was lumpy and worn), several bugs found each day in condo(we have stayed at Summerhouse several times and have never had an issue with bugs in condo). Area rug at sofa looked dirty.

TV in master didn’t work. Toilet paper holder in both bathrooms were coming out of the wall. Vent was coming out of wall in living room and master bath. Top drawer in master bath stuck. I love Summerhouse but wouldn’t stay in this unit again.

Pickleball courts. Friendly people. We’d be back for the month of March but apparently next year’s rental period is for a three month minimum which doesn’t work for us.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This room was very overpriced.The range did not work properly you could not see the temperature gage. The refrigerator door wouldn't stay closed. The dishwasher sounded like it was falling apart. The washer dryer was terrible. The microwave caused the power to go out. The place had bugs and overall the only thing good about it was the view. I also would like to add that it's ridiculous that you pay this amount for a place a cleaning fee on top of that and they then have the nerve to ask that you load the dishwasher take out trash and strip the beds...really..what exactly do I pay the cleaning fee for and the three thousand dollars a week for. I would give this unit an F and I would nor recommend it
