Our Fall trip with old friends couldn’t have been better. Condo was immaculate, grounds were lovely. We enjoyed watching the sunset from pool area. And downtown Saugatuck is an easy walk. Jill and Sam were quick to answer any questions. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely, well appointed stand alone home that easily accommodated 6 guests. Well stocked kitchen and bathroom necessities. Kids enjoyed the pool, and all liked the walk ability to town. Only negative was gas fireplace in living room did not work on the cold mornings. Great rental!

This was an amazing property. It is exactly as shown. My 11 year old loved to fish everyday and my teenage daughter loved how close it was to the shopping area. If you need a place to stay where everyone likes to do different activities, this is definitely the spot to be. Communication was excellent as well. Highly recommend!

Family had a great stay and time

Awesome place, family enjoyed the stay at the lovely town house. Grand kids loved the pool and outside area. Enjoyed evenings on outside porch and view of the lake and sunset. Enjoyed short walks to downtown area.

Rented this property to celebrate a birthday with friends. It was very clean, nicely furnished and a wonderful location. But the most impressive thing about this rental was the owner's responsiveness. Jill was immediately available to answer any questions. The shared pool was a bonus on hot July days. Beautiful townhouse close to downtown

We really enjoyed this beautiful and comfortable townhouse! Quality construction, nicely decorated, cozy hangout areas, and comfortable beds! And a short 10 min walk to the amazing downtown Saugatuck area (lots of great shops and restaurants along the water). This was perfect for our couples weekend with friends. Would definitely stay there again!

Just a short walk from downtown Saugatuck, the condo was very clean and quiet (which we appreciated). Everything was well maintained. We really enjoyed staying here. We will definitely be back next year.

Everything You Would Want for Your Vacation

The condo location can't be beat on the waterfront (with a pool) and very close to town. It is beautifully furnished, well-equipped, and super clean. Loved the decks overlooking the waterfront. Definitely a 5 star stay!

We had the best time staying at this property! The space itself was exceptionally welcoming and we were able to use the pool which was perfect for our group. The location is great - beautiful views and is walking distance to downtown Saugatuck. Jill was super responsive and great to work with. Would absolutely rent this place again!

Savoring Saugatuck! We live in Novi, MI with our two young children. We love traveling to different Michigan cities, but by far Saugatuck has our heart. It all started with a quick overnight trip to a local hotel, a hike up Mt. Baldy, dinner at Bowdie’s, a sunset cruise on the Star of Saugatuck, singing at the piano bar (The Annex) and breakfast at Ida’s the next morning. We were hooked and come back multiple times a year. We hope you love this city-and now our home-as much as we do!

Saugatuck is our happy place. There is something for everyone in this gem of a town. Watch the boats pass by or rent one. Ride across the Kalamazoo River on a hand-pulled chain ferry from town to climb Mount Baldhead, 303 steps up to breathtaking view. We love walking to town to enjoy the amazing restaurants or bars, exploring the unique shops, and always ending up somewhere with live music!
