Merry Villa is the perfect gateway located in a quiet neighborhood few blocks away from downtown Saugatuck. A modern chic villa specially prepared with a lot of design and amenities, with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, private outdoor hot tub gazebo, a gorgeous patio with elegant outdoor seating, outdoor shower, double seat glider swing, 2 parking spaces, Wi-Fi, Smart TV and much more. Every detail has been considered in this beautiful villa which was designed for luxurious comfort and relaxation.

Beautiful updated home on the ''Hill''. Great location close to downtown. Open concept living area with cozy wood burning fireplace (wood is not provided). Vaulted ceilings and wood floors throughout. Kitchen with solid surface counter tops, tile backslash and island snack ledge. Breakfast nook and a separate dining room. Relax in the gorgeous sun room (attached to the house through the garage) with floor to ceiling gas fireplace which opens up to the lovely patio area complete with wet bar, built-in grill, sitting area and hot tub, perfect for entertaining. The master ensuite on the main with beautifully designed master bath. Floor to ceiling tile as well as unique tile flooring. Soaking tub and large walk-in shower along with a walk-in closet and laundry complete this space. Two more spacious bedrooms, full bath and walk-in closet on the upper level.

Perfect getaway!

Our small group of friends chose this property for our winter weekend away and it was even better than the online listing! Wonderful, professional customer service and very well appointed property. Would absolutely stay here again.

Fun Winter Getaway

We just wanted to get away for few days to unwind over the kid's midwinter break. This house was perfect. The house was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. There was a lot of room to stretch out and relax. Just a few steps from downtown made running out to lunch and dinner easy. We would recommend and stay here again.

Excellent place to stay!

This house was fantastic and the host made checkin and out very simple and clear. They were extremely responsive to questions. The house itself was clean and very comfortable. We loved the room on the other side of the garage. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful!

We really enjoyed staying in this lovely home! It was so full of character and we felt welcome and comfortable. Only a short walk to shopping and the water, too. Definitely a wonderful option for our group of friends - we hope to stay here again one day!

This house was even more beautiful than the pictures! This house is centrally located, with a short walk into town. The outdoor space is beautiful and the interior was perfect. The master bedroom and bathroom were gorgeous. Very clean! Would definitely recommend this house.

Great Memorial Day weekend. We come to Saugatuck 3 times a year. Usually a little closer to downtown, but the shuttle is great now that we don't walk as much.

Wonderful house and location

The house is beautiful and very well maintained. It is roomy and very comfortable but still elegant. The whole family enjoyed it. I wish it were better weather because the outdoor space is also amazing but we couldn't take advantage of it.

Cozy Home Walking Distance from Downtown Saugatuck

We came here for our mini moon and found it to be the perfect spot. It is walking distance to the heart of downtown, cozy, updated, and stocked. We were able to make dinner at “home,” enjoy the jacuzzi, and lounge around comfortably. This was a great spot to be able to enjoy downtown and a night in.

Perfect Location!!!

Perfect location to walk downtown! House was really nice but the outdoor living area was not quite up to par with the pictures. The outdoor grill area was gross, but we didn’t need it so it wasn’t a big deal. Any minor issues were taken care of the same day. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfection on the hill in Saugatuck♥️

This home was in the perfect location in Saugatuck. Away from the business of being right downtown, but just a couple of blocks walking distance away. Plenty of space for our family of older kids to spread out. We all enjoyed the outdoor space to relax and end our evenings. Will definitely be back!

Great spot!

5 adults and an 18 mo old stayed very comfortably in this property. The main floor bedroom suite has a huge closet that was a great nursery for the little one! We enjoyed the private backyard space and the grill worked perfectly. Close to downtown, just a few minutes walk. If your group is comprised of people like us who love their summer drinks on ice, you may want to pick up a bag of ice as the ice reservoir in the fridge is not very big. It's a great place to stay and we hope to stay again in the future!

Fantastic place, perfect for family vacation

My husband and I traveled with our 3-yr old daughter and my mom who has limited mobility. The first floor master bedroom accommodations were perfect for her and the upstairs bedrooms worked great for us. The outdoor space was wonderful. We grilled, enjoyed the patio and our daughter loved having lots of space to move around, inside and outside. They provided freshly ground coffee for the coffee maker, which we enjoyed every morning. The beds were comfortable, place was very clean and the kitchen was fully stocked as described. We had excellent communication with the host. He reached out before, during, and after our visit to make sure all was going well. Since my husband and I also had to do some remote work, we really appreciated the extra enclosed space on the other side of the garage. Absolutely wonderful! The location was great- we could walk to downtown and everything just as described. We highly recommend this place and we would love to stay again on a future family trip.

Summer stay

Property is very nice. Location is excellent. Close enough to downtown to walk anywhere downtown yet far enough to be clear of town noises. Very clean and lovely decor inside but the outside back patio area was not clean and required 1-2 hours of cleaning to be enjoyable. Primary grill did not work and was filthy. Overall very nice and would stay again after ensuring the owner cleaned the outside before we arrived.

Lovely Cozy Home

We had a wonderful stay at the property. All utilities and appliances worked well. We enjoyed the room options for hanging out and staying warm with a fire or in the hot tub on cool nights. The location of the home was our favorite part. Only 2 blocks from downtown and 4 blocks from the water, so very walkable. The only quirky things we weren't sure of were the coffee maker, a motion light in the backyard made me jump once, and we had to do some testing to make sure we knew how the back doors locked, but once we got it down everything ran very smoothly. Thanks for hosting us in a lovely place.
