I had my bachelorette party here and it was absolutely perfect. Plenty of room, plenty of amenities, perfect location, etc. The view of the lake is so good and it’s close to everything! We already talked about wanting to come back next year.

Summer Kick-Off

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It’s hard to say what our favorite part was but likely the views and sitting out on the balcony. The layout of the house was perfect for our group, and we enjoyed being close to the chain ferry, Mount Baldhead, Oval Beach and hiking trails. We hated to leave. Also, the host was great to work with throughout.

Perfect location. Great Home.

The home was clean, updated, and just a great waterfront home offering everything you need. Nestled in a wooded area, it's off the road, private and quiet. With great views of downtown across the lake, this east view offers wonderfull sunrises. In addition, it has a dock for a rented or your own boat, plenty of outside seating, gas grill and a two tier great deck. You will love being here. Thanks Mike.

Great house in wonderful location

House is great. 4 bedrooms and bathrooms. Large living spaces and nice kitchen. However, the highlight is definitely the deck off the main level. We spent lots of time relaxing there and watching the boats. Right across the lake from downtown Sagatuck. Property owner very attentive. We loved it

Long Weekend in Saugatuck

The house was ideally suited for the three couples that came for a long weekend. We enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the harbor activity, which was the best feature of the house. The location to the site and restaurants was convenient. The kitchen and amenities were set up well. But the house need to be dusted, windows facing the lake need to be cleaned. The overall layout of the house suited our group very nicely.

Perfect getaway

We had the perfect moms weekend getaway here! It was super easy for our wine tour bus to find, and after we had some relaxing fun floating in the river. The next day we rented a donut boat on the river the house was on, so it was super close and convenient to downtown. The owners made the check in and checkout process very easy for us! We would totally come back!

Relax and Renew

All four couples enjoyed our accommodations for a sibling reunion. The kitchen was spacious and wonderfully equipped, and the beds were all great for good rest. We especially enjoyed sitting together and chatting while watching the boats on and the sky above Lake Kalamazoo from the 2nd floor deck.

Lovely

Our group of 10 stayed for 4th of July weekend and we could not have picked a better spot. The house was gorgeous. We jumped off the dock in the morning and the water was shallow enough to stand. There was a chain ferry about 10 minutes down the road that took you into the heart of downtown Saugatuck which is one of the most beautiful towns in Michigan without a doubt. Lots of shopping, sunshine and delicious food. It was an amazing stay and I could not be happier. 11/10

Best Girls Golf Trip!

97 Park is perfect for a group of 8 - 10! We booked a long weekend for a girls golf trip and had a blast! The house is beautiful and has everything you need. It is beautifully decorated and feels more like a decorators showcase home, not a rental. Mike and Jeff were the perfect hosts and prepared the house like we were their own family and friends coming to visit. They responded to our communications quickly and we’re extremely helpful. I wish I could rate this home 10 stars!
