Very nice townhome...clean...great location...very comfortable. I really liked the place and the location and I will stay there again when I am back in the Sherman Oaks area. Host was very responsive before and during my stay.

My family and I loved staying here! The apartment had plenty of space for my family of six. It was clean and beautiful. Communication was excellent. I highly recommended this place.

Perfect

Everything was as described and even better. 3 bedrooms with there own bath and the main floor was perfect for our stay. Definitely staying there again when I come back to Cali. Host was very communicative throughout the entire process before and during the stay.

Our weeklong stay was great

Liat is a wonderful host. Friendly and available. Her spacious and comfortable house fit our needs perfectly. You can easily walk to a wonderful park for recreation and there are lots of great restaurants nearby on Ventura Blvd.

A Valley Gem

Liat was amazing as well as the townhouse. It was the perfect getaway for touring CSUN and walking our fur baby in a lovely quiet neighborhood with other fur babies. My family of 5 felt like we all had our own space and not crowded.

Very good location

We booked for our trip to Universal along with a hike next day at Griffith Park. This location is perfect for both. Very easy access to freeways and close to both Universal and Griffith Park. Owners were very responsive to my questions and property was very clean. Overall great hosts and a great product

Classy with Great Layout

Bedroom, bath and laundry on the main level creates privacy from the two beds and two baths on the upper floors. Very quiet neighborhood. The place is exactly as pictured. Parking is on street, but we always had a spot right out front, so not a problem. Would stay again.

Excellent location

Excellent house. Very quiet and clean, just what we needed after running around LA for the day. Liat was a great host and checked with us at different stages of our stay to make sure we didn’t have any issues at the property. Shopping was close by for food and the mall. The Farm Table restaurant just down the road was good for breakfast and lunch when we didn’t eat in. We will be staying here again when we come back to LA.

This home was exactly the way the pictures showed. The neighborhood is very quiet and calm. Loved how clean everything was and the owner was very easy to communicate with. I have nothing bad to say at all

Beautiful house

We are coming to LA every 4 month for a weekend. This is the first time we said that we are going to book this house again. It’s a new construction and everything is so nice! 3 rooms, each room has his own restroom (very important for us) We had everything we need in the kitchen, lot of parking outside. We just loved the place, will definitely be back.

We were visiting Universal Studios & our group really needed three separate suites for all of us. The layout of this place was perfect for that with two generous bedrooms on the third level & one smaller bedroom on the first level, all with ensuite bathrooms! No need for anyone to get dressed to use the bathroom, or share it with anyone. The living areas & Kitchen (w/ powder rm) are on the middle level which made for a perfect common area. The house is well sized, nearly new & in great shape, & the hosts were always available & very accommodating. We had a great time.

We had an AMAZING stay here — this was our first time in Los Angeles, and we truly couldn’t have picked a better place. The location was absolutely perfect, and as three women traveling alone, we felt very safe the entire time.The townhouse itself is adorable, very spacious, and thoughtfully laid out. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. We will 100% stay here again the next time we’re in the LA area.Oren and Liat were phenomenal hosts — incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful from start to finish. We honestly couldn’t have asked for better hosts. They manage several nearby properties, and while I believe our specific unit may have been in a slightly different complex than the photos showed (the layout was just a bit different), we loved it and had absolutely no concerns.The only small downside worth mentioning is that the garage space is quite narrow and would be tough with anything larger than a compact car. That said, we were able to park right next to the complex in the gated area with zero issues or safety concerns.Highly recommend this place — we loved every minute of our stay!
