HOUSE RULES:
It is our mission to ensure that our valued guests enjoy their stay with us! This is a permitted vacation rental with the City of LA. We also have an equally as important commitment to our neighbors and our community. Below are the house rules that we must enforce. Please read them as well as all your guests prior to confirming your reservation.

* Check-in is after 4 pm | Check out is at 11 am.
MAX NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS 10 - includes infants. Extra Guest Fee applies. ** All Outside Visitors Must Be Pre-Approved**.
The Property is to be occupied by no more than the maximum sleep number stated on reservation unless approved in writing by Management. If Guest exceeds the occupancy limit and falsifies occupancy information at the time of reservation, Guest shall be subject to eviction. "Occupants" includes small children, infants and any and all visitors. If more than the maximum number is found to be occupying the Property at any time, you agree that a charge of $100 per person/per day will be made to your credit card. Additionally, this Agreement may be immediately terminated without a refund of any amounts paid. No Exceptions.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS - due to the City of LA's strict ban of parties of large groups we need exact headcounts of your guests at all times. We have noise aware technology devices inside and outside the property.
A party is defined as any combination of the following; ANY loud noise and/or excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighboring houses and/or guests outnumbering the maximum amount permitted as defined above. A party will result in an immediate eviction from the property with no refund given under any circumstance. Any exceptions to this policy must be approved by iTrip in writing prior to the arrival date.
NEIGHBOR COMPLAINTS
Actions by guests that result in neighbor complaints or police being called to the Property will result in a minimum $250 charge, which charge will be used to deal with legal issues and fines.
CITY OF LA NOISE ORDINANCE - QUIET HOURS: 10 pm – 8 am. No Outdoor Music or Loud Voices during this time.
NO SMOKING - Outdoors Only. Smoking is allowed outside only. If any trace of smoke is found inside the home, there will be a $500 fine.

The house was so nice, comfy beds, clean. Showers were great. Ample closet space with a nice amount of hangers (which is so appreciated!).The only thing that threw me was the picture in the details that showed a totally different neighborhood as the "exterior" that didnt represent what the actual neighborhood looked like. But it was fine. We really enjoyed our stay!

his was our second time staying at this home, and it’s been just perfect both times. Only five doors down from my son’s house, it was the ideal spot for our week-long stay during his wedding. The house is clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The location is great—close to restaurants, shops, and everything we had going on that week. Communication with the rental company was easy and responsive from start to finish. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable home while visiting the area.

The host was very responsive, and the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. This was perfect for a relaxing long weekend. The pool and outdoor furnishings were definitely the stars of the property. We spent much of our time outside enjoying the sunshine. The beds were comfortable, and we loved that the master suite was separate from the main house, which gave us a little extra privacy.There were a few things that could use some attention. The kitchen items (appliances, cookware, bowls, etc.) weren’t very organized or easy to find. It could have used things like more dish towels and placemats. There was no laundry soap, the floors were a bit dusty, and we couldn’t locate a lighter for the barbecue. We also noticed there wasn’t any Tupperware or food storage if you plan to cook. The photos made both the house and the lot look a bit larger than they are in person, and for the price, we were expecting slightly higher quality in a few areas.Even so, the house worked well for our group, and we truly enjoyed the pool and outdoor space the most. With a few small updates, this could be an even more comfortable and enjoyable stay for future
