**PLEASE NOTE:** This is a **second-floor apartment that requires climbing stairs. There are stairs both outside the building and inside leading to the apartment. There is no elevator. The property may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility or difficulty climbing stairs.**

The primary bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed and blackout curtains for a restful night’s sleep. The second bedroom includes a full-size bed. Fresh linens are provided in both rooms.

The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size appliances, a gas stove, pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and a pour-over coffee maker—everything you need to prepare meals and feel at home during your stay.

Stay connected with free high-speed WiFi and enjoy Roku Smart TVs throughout the apartment, allowing you to sign in to your favorite streaming services.

**Security cameras:** For the safety of our guests and property, there are two exterior security cameras. One is located at the ground-floor exterior entrance and the other at the entrance at the top of the stairs. Both face outward and **do not view any interior spaces**. The cameras record video and audio when activated by motion.

**Parking:** Free street parking is readily available throughout the neighborhood, and guests can usually park directly in front of the property or very close by. Parking is generally plentiful and convenient.
