The Laguna Villa

Our largest villa, the Laguna features three bedrooms and two and one-half baths. Villa Laguna has sweeping panoramic ocean views of Catalina Island. A large private and shaded veranda with gas barbecue and chaise lounges makes Laguna the perfect solution for guests looking to enjoy beach living at its very finest.

Other features include a gas fireplace, central air-conditioning, a large flat-screen TV, and an oversized jetted tub located in the master bath. Use the grand, full kitchen to cook meals and enjoy them while gathered around the elegant dining table. Relish each moment spent in Laguna, set against the backdrop of the villa’s beautiful panoramic views.

​​​​​​​This Villa requires the use of stairs to access. If you need a room or rental accessible without stairs, 14 West Hotel room 51-76 in the south building and villa Rustico and D'Stella at the Retrest have no stairs.

Pets are subject to owner approval and may or may not be approved. If they are approved a pet fee applies. Please inquire with breed, age, and weight of your pet prior to booking. If your pet is approved, it cannot be left unattended in the unit.

No Cats Allowed.

Absolutely no smoking. Smoking fines start at $500

If you smoke fine is $500, if smoking bothers other guests you will be responsible for any compensation to other guests.

A $45 Parking Fee plus taxes per night/per vehicle will be collected at time of check in.

Rentspree Application required for reservations of 28 nights or more and be approved based on the report by the owner.

Additional Rules: No parties, No DJs, No guests allowed that are not on the reservation without written permission. Violators would be made to leave with no refund.

Absolutely Wonderful experience!

Fabulous! The view was stunning & the property was just as described. While the furniture & curtains are definitely worn down, it did not detract from our overall experience. I would recommend more toilet paper and paper towels...other than that...we will absolutely be back. Absolutely Wonderful experience!

Ocean View, beach access and sunsets stunning. Great location to shops, restaurants. Kitchen supplied well. Two types of coffee makers! Nice bathrooms. Nice inside and patio EXCEPT some furniture worn, deferred maintenance issues - water damage ceiling and torn carpeting master bedroom etc. With a few upgrades/ maintenance this would be 5 star!

This was a GREAT place to stay! Beach front, clean, had everything we needed (including beach towels, chairs, cookware, extra pillows/bedding, etc.), and was in a perfect location. We were able to walk to the grocery store right across the street and walked to the Pageant of the Masters. Overall 5 stars for EVERYTHING.

Great location, easy access to all the restaurants

Our stay at Villa Laguna was wonderful & hopefully can return soon. The villa had the most amazing views from the terrace. Inside, the kitchen was equipped with awesome appliances and every gadget you could imagine. The location was in the middle of everything you would want to do in Laguna. You can walk to all the restaurants & shopping with some beautiful art galleries.

Perfect and beautiful location in Laguna beach

This is a perfect and beautiful location in Laguna beach! It's located directly on the sand and has easy access to the beach. You can walk anywhere and have your pick of fantastic restaurants! Grocery store across the street for ease! Our host was very responsive and helped us with early and late Check out! It was a great place for my Son, daughters and my grandsons 1st birthday to meet up and just have a wonderful family experience together! We also had a beautiful family photo done on the beach in front of us! The parking was also fabulous and safe! Thanks again for a wonderful time and perfect stunning location!

Everything was perfect! Great view from patio and shared space, access to beach and walkable to downtown shops and restaurants. Unit was clean, plenty of towels, beach chairs, coffee pods, all we needed. Would definitely book again. Host and front desk were communicative and helpful.

This property has a great layout, a beautiful kitchen and patio, and one of the best locations in Laguna Beach!

Disappointed

We were disappointed that upon entering the townhome, smoke was easily detected throughout the house. When we called this to the attention to the property managers we were told they knew in advance of our stay. We took pictures of cigarette butts throughout our area of the property and shared the pictures. We left the place cleaner than when we checked in. I think we deserve a payback for the situation. We could hardly breath in the back bedrooms.

Great Views!

We stayed there for a week and it was wonderful. It is right on the ocean with steps down to the beach. There is a Ralph’s grocery store right across the street and dozens of fabulous restaurants a short walk away.

Our stay at the villa was everything we hoped it would be!

Our stay at the villa was everything we hoped it would be! The property looked exactly like the photos, and it was very special to wake up to the sound of the waves each morning with the convenience of walking down a flight of stairs directly to the beach (especially with two young kids). We could walk to lots of great restaurants, grocery stores, shopping and ice cream. The space itself was large with a nice full kitchen making our stay super convenient. The grounds are very well cared for with staff always maintaining the property. Thank you!
