When you book House Milagro expect an authentically Austin home-away-from-home in a convenient north central location on a neighborhood mainstreet.
Easy access onto Hwy I-35, Hwy 183, and Mopac makes getting around town easy.

- 15 minutes to ABIA airport
- 10 minutes to The Domain
- 11 minutes to the University of Texas
You'll be welcomed by simple, modern interior design with eclectic touches. Recently upgraded cabinetry with quartz countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms. This cozy fully furnished 1480 sqft 3 bedroom, 2 bath house provides plenty of space and vaulted ceilings for your family to relax and enjoy.
LIVING + KITCHEN & DINING
The communal areas display a nicely sized living room and a dining area with seating for 4. In the living space you will find:
- a large flat-screen TV with Roku
- workspace with desk
- wood burning fireplace
The private backyard is fenced in and perfect for dining and entertaining on the spacious extended patio or enjoying outdoor activities on the lawn. In the galley kitchen, there are lots of useful amenities during your stay. The kitchen features white appliances including a gas stove and plenty of storage.
There is also central heating and air conditioning throughout this home along with tile flooring thru out the entire home giving it a seamless look and feel.
BEDROOMS
The large primary bedroom is located away from the other 2 rooms and has an extremely comfortable and generous California king-sized bed. Other notable details include:
- a flat screen 55" tv with Roku
- workspace with desk
- large walk-in closet
- spacious ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo
The second bedroom has a plush low-profile king-sized bed, the third bedroom has an extra-large twin-sized bed. Both guest bedrooms have:
- equipped built-in closets
- extra bed linen
- easy access to the shared guest bathroom
All bedrooms have blackout curtains, ceiling fans, and plenty of storage.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Located in a diverse neighborhood, within a 5-minute drive you will find many truly authentic ethnic eateries and establishments. Walk to Maudie's, an Austin favorite Tex Mex restaurant, which is a .4 mile walk. This home is also super close to Chinatown, which offers plenty of shopping opportunities and decent bubble tea along with local restaurants offering various types of pan Asian cuisine.
Community main attractions are the Q2 soccer stadium, breweries, and The Domain, which features high-end retail and shopping, an entertainment district, and many 4 and 5-star restaurants.
