Thank you for sharing your feedback. Due to an unexpected system glitch with the smart lock that day, the access code did not activate correctly, which unfortunately caused the delay you experienced. As soon as we became aware of the issue, we worked to provide an alternative access method so you could enter the property as quickly as possible. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and the time you had to wait. Regarding the plumbing visit, we always aim to keep maintenance interruptions to a minimum, but addressing the loose handle promptly was necessary to ensure everything remained in proper working order for our guests. We appreciate your comments about the location as well. The property is located a short drive from the South Congress area, and many guests enjoy its quieter residential setting while still being close to Austin’s main attractions. Your feedback is very important to us, and we are already reviewing our check-in procedures and communication response times to ensure a smoother experience for future guests. Hi Vanessa! Thank you for sharing your feedback. I’m very sorry to hear the stay did not meet your expectations. We always want our guests to feel comfortable and taken care of. Regarding the sofa, we regret the confusion, it is listed as a couch and not a pull-out bed. When this was mentioned, we did offer an air mattress as an option and also provided a blanket. For the microwave, we sent someone right away when notified, but I understand how inconvenient that must have been during your stay. We also provide starter supplies such as coffee, sugar, and creamer, and I’ll be following up with our team to ensure this is consistent. If we had known earlier about anything missing, we would have happily sent over what you needed to make things more comfortable. While the property doesn’t have ceiling fans, we’ll certainly consider adding more cooling options for extra comfort. We truly appreciate your comments as they help us improve, and I regret that your experience fell short.
