Fabulous new 3/3 Flat w/ private baths in the heart of the Haile Village Center!

This clean, beautifully decorated 3-bedroom 3-1/2 bath flat is perfect for a relaxing weekend or extended stay and is equipped with modern amenities. The flat features an open floorplan, large sectional, balcony, spacious bedrooms with private bath & walk-in-shower, & dressing mirrors and large study desk in each suite.

The flat is situated on the second floor of a new three-story mixed-use building, constructed by Kara Bolton Homes, Inc. in 2022. The building is located in the heart of the Haile Village Center, near Patticakes, a coffee, cupcake, and ice cream shop; the Perfect Gift, a wine bar and cigar shop; and Suki’s restaurant, with live jazz music on Thursday nights. There is a weekday RTS shuttle to UF/Shands, and Saturday farmer's market.

Stay fit and drop in for a barre, Pilates, or yoga class at Empowered Studios, located on the first floor. There is also a shaded paved 5k walking or running trail that meanders through the Haile Plantation community and Hawkstone Golf and Country Club.

Explore GNV; ride share is available to local restaurants, breweries, and attractions.

Beautiful place!

Would definitely stay again. Had it for out of town guests and it was above and beyond expectations. Large rooms and beautiful kitchen. Great neighborhood. Thanks for sharing your space with us!

4th of July Getaway

This place is adorable and the perfect pad for a fun 4th of July getaway weekend with our two teenage girls. The apartment was very clean and well stocked. Haile Village is adorable and has many restaurant, bars, and coffee shops to offer.

Florida/FSU Game

The location was absolutely perfect for the game. It was close but yet far enough from all the traffic. The property was beautiful. We especially loved the Saturday Farmers Market. Beds were really comfortable. Loved the decorations. The appliances were very modern. Great overall property!!

Perfect spot for 3 couples

We traveled with two other couples. This is perfect. There are three large bedrooms with full en suite bathrooms, and space to unpack. There is a full kitchen. The living area was great to hang out and watch the large TV for the games, with plenty of sitting space for all of us. I hope it’s available next time I go to Gainesville.

Great condo for college visit

My family stayed here while my son and niece were doing a college visit at UF. The condo was beautiful and clean and we loved the location in Haile Plantation. Was so nice to walk the nature trails around the beautiful neighborhood, walk down the street for coffee and check out the Farmer's Market on Saturday morning. After exploring campus all day, it was nice to come home to the charming neighborhood and have room to hang out together as a family. Communication with the property manager was excellent and we will definitely stay here again!

I am also an avid water woman; I enjoy sailing, kiteboarding, e-foiling, and doing yoga on a stand-up paddleboard! I like being a VRBO owner and host because I enjoy creating beautiful, thoughtful, quality spaces and sharing it with others.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

I purchased my first mixed-use office building in the Village Center across the street about ten years ago (where Twinkle-Toes Nanny Agency is now located). I remodeled that building and for years, I would sit on the balcony of the old small building and look at the vacant parcel across the street, dreaming of building a new, larger building. The dream came true last year when I completed the new mixed-use building on that vacant lot! The new building is beautiful and is also home to two of my businesses, Kara Bolton Homes and Empowered Studios!

The new building stands out because it carefully combines modern architectural finishes with existing traditional neighborhood design elements. The interior is special because the gathering spaces are open, welcoming, with abundant natural light. The spacious suites are separated from the gathering spaces with a quiet reading room and balcony. Each bedroom features a private bath with large quartz vanity and roomy walk-in shower and corner shower bench. The residents and businesses in the community are also friendly and helpful. Furthermore, the host is the owner, builder, and interior decorator and SHE is excited to share her work with you!
