We had a great stay for UF graduation. Close to campus. Clean and comfortable. Easily accommodates guests as listed. We had everything we needed. Wawa is close as well as First Watch for breakfast. We also visited Swamp Head brewery nearby. Check-in was easy and the communication with the rental company was clear and concise providing all the info we needed in advance.

Great location, layout, kitchen. Washer dryer and dishwasher. Nice patio. Especially loved the layout with one bedroom downstairs and one up, and both bathrooms have showers. The best part is the keyless entry and exit - made things super easy and safe. Superb communication too! Book it!

Home had all the essentials and we really were not staying there too long so it met all our needs. Could use an upgrade in beds (my husband and I shared a bed and kept rolling into the middle) and towels (small and very rough).

We had a wonderful stay and couldnât have asked for a better experience. We were in town for my daughterâs graduate school interview at UF, and this place was absolutely perfect for our visit.The host was incredibly friendly and communicative leading up to our stay, and both check-in and check-out were completely seamless. The instructions were clear, specific, and very much appreciated, it made everything stress-free.The accommodations were spotless and comfortable. The couch and beds were very comfy, the location felt safe, private, and quiet, and it was exactly what we needed after a long travel day. The kitchen was well equipped, appliances newer and fully functioning and there were plenty of towels and extra linens available, including cozy blankets which was a nice touch as we stayed during unexpectedly frigid (for Florida!) weather.We truly felt at home during our stay and would absolutely book here again. Highly recommend!
