Tucked between downtown Gainesville and the UF campus, this spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is your cozy retreat in the heart of downtown. Whether youâre here for a game, graduation, or a peaceful getaway, youâll love the mix of comfort, charm, and nature all around you.

- Large backyard surrounded by trees (and a friendly resident owl!)
- Fire pit with seating for everyone to gather around

This is a large house on a quiet street, so when you walk out back, you can feel quiet and nature. Sometimes there's an owl in the huge oak trees out back.
