Welcome to 3 Dinghy, a luxurious second-row ocean home where every detail has been meticulously designed for the ultimate Lowcountry living experience. From the moment you step through the front door, you are transported into a world of comfort and sophistication, with all the amenities you could wish for at your fingertips. This stunning home features five king suites, each offering exceptional space and comfort and a dedicated bunk room perfect for children and young adults. With multiple living spaces spread across the home, including a main living area, two outdoor seating areas, and an upstairs lounge, there is plenty of room to relax and unwind with family and friends.
Located just a short distance from the beach, with beach access behind the pool, 3 Dinghy offers easy access to the sand and surf, while also being close to the amenities of Palmetto Dunes and Shelter Cove. For added convenience, a free door-to-door shuttle service is available in the area from March to October.
This property includes a private heated pool and spa, perfect for relaxing after a beach day. The pool and spa feature a gas heater and can be heated for an additional charge depending on the season, ensuring comfort no matter the weather. The home also boasts a fully equipped kitchen, two laundry rooms, and three wine refrigerators, making it the perfect place for entertaining and relaxing in style. For outdoor dining and enjoyment, there is a gas grill, an outdoor kitchen, and two spacious outdoor living areas.
