Welcome to Sunrise Superstar!
Completely rebuilt, reimagined and remodeled, this impeccably crafted and maintained home in Palm Springs' popular Sunrise Park enclave is ready for your group. Mountain views of Mount San Jacinto provide a scenic backdrop for stylish living in an expanded single-level floor plan of approximately 2,200 square feet. A covered front walk leads to an entry door that opens to a stylish, open plan living area with dining area adjacent to the gourmet kitchen, a great room for conversation and streaming, New. designer furnishings that were carefully curated for the home complement three spacious bedrooms and three chic baths, and a pool table and table tennis for indoor enjoyment.
OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
The backyard was made for relaxing in the Palm Springs sunshine. It features a pool at the center of the yard with an integrated spa surrounded by beautiful grass, chaise lounges, a huge gas fire fearure, a natural gas BBQ grill, and a covered outdoor living room. This property is the perfect place for a fun and relaxing getaway. The mountain views and towering palm trees add to the magic of this vacation home rental. Pool Heating is an optional, $79/night, and recommended from early October through early June. Spa heating is included.
COMFORTABLE NEW BEDS
The primary King Suite is generous in scale and reveals a furnished mountain-view and garden patio, a large walk-in closet with custom built-ins, a large TV and seating area. The Spa Bathroom features separate bath vanities with quartz countertops, designer tile, two toilets and an oversized shower with dual heads. The Queen Suite also features a small walk out patio. An additional Queen bedroom features a desk and chair and access to a full bathroom with shower just across the hall.
Contemporary lighting, luxury vinyl plank flooring, custom paint, recessed lighting, stacked interior laundry, an attached two-car garage, additional driveway space, and new windows and doors throughout.
Appreciated privacy highlights a coveted corner homesite that extends nearly .28 acres.
PET-FRIENDLY
Well-behaved dogs are welcome. There is a taxable $150 Per Dog Fee. Limit 2. This fee can be added after you book. Official Service Dogs need to be disclosed in advance.
MONTHLY
Monthly guests pay actual gas and electric utility costs during their stay (instead of a nightly Pool Heating Fee). An Advance Utility Deposit of $1,500/month will be required.
VERY IMPORTANT RULES
We want you to have a great time, BUT (1) You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. (2) Max occupancy is 6 people, (3) only 3 vehicles are allowed, (4) absolutely NO MUSIC is allowed outside the house, at any volume, at any time. The neighbors will definitely report any violation of these rules to the City. You will be fined $1,000 and likely evicted by the City if any of these 4 rules are violated.
