Fiddlers Roost - Walking Distance to Historic Downtown Galax, Virginia

Get that hometown feeling in our newly remodeled Loft within walking distance of Historic Main Street Galax Virginia. The Fiddlers Roost is a spacious two bedroom suite that features a full size kitchen, spacious living room and bathroom with comfortable amenities. Two complimentary bikes available upon request for riding New River Trail and around downtown. A short walk to everything such as restaurants, entertainment, Antique Shops, Coffee Shops, New River Trail, Historic Rex Theater, and about one mile from Felts Park, Home of the World’s Largest Old Time Fiddlers Convention.

Our Loft has a spacious living room with a 55” Flat Screen TV over an Electric Fireplace, Air purifier and a Sofa Bed for extra sleeping arrangements.

In the first bedroom is a spacious king bed with lamps on each side with plenty usb ports, Dreamegg alarm clock sound machine for soothing sleep sounds, 50” flat screen and a closet with some extra comfy blankets.

The second bedroom has two twin beds with a lamp in the middle with usb ports, Dreamegg alarm clock sound machine for soothing sleep sounds, 42” flat screen and a closet with extra comfy blankets.

The kitchen is fully stocked with full size appliances, utensils, plates, bowls and a Keurig Coffee Machine.

Full sized bathroom with shower/tub combo along with fresh towels.

Complimentary WiFi and you are welcome to use your own Netflix, Hulu and other accounts on the smart TV’s.

We can provide 2 complimentary bikes for your enjoyment upon request for the New River Trail or just riding around town, so no need to pay extra rental fees and hassle with renting. We have added gel seats for extra comfort and one bike has an air pump. We also have bicycle storage for your personal bikes in the basement with security lock, security code will be provided upon request. We also provide electricity for the EV Bikes in the storage area.

** The loft has about 13 steps to the top therefore we are not handicap accessible.

Automated lights on the stairs at night and hallway light at top of steps which can be turned on at bottom of steps and inside the entry door.

Self-Check in with keypad on door.

Bed linens and blankets are washed after each guest. Blackstone griddle on porch for those nights for grilling steak or those mornings for pancakes.
