Known as The Reef, this beautiful condo features 2BR/2BA, tile flooring, artistic beach décor and stocked kitchen with granite countertops. Located in the Royal Gulf Beach and Racquet Club (Plantation Resort), this family gated resort, offers both indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, hot tubs, fitness center, basketball, horseshoes, putting, BBQ grills, shuffle board, honor library, and laundry facility onsite. The Reef is also located next door to nationally ranked Kiva Dunes Golf Course.
The space
There are no pets allowed in this resort. It is a nonsmoking unit, and guest under the age of 25 cannot rent. The condo sleeps 6 comfortably with a king bed, two twin beds and a sleeper sofa. The Reef also has a fully stocked granite top kitchen with all appliances including dishwasher, flat top stove, refrigerator, icemaker, built in microwave, blender, coffeemaker, Kurieg, toaster and all cooking utensils to make a full course meal. The condo also has three flat screened TVs, free high speed internet, hairdryers, and an iron and ironing board. A $25 parking fee is required and can be purchased via the internet prior to your visit. The fee is a one time fee and last for the entire duration of your stay.
Guest access
Guest will have control of the entire condo unit #5812 in Royal Gulf Beach and Racquet Club, which is located in The Plantation Resort. Guest will share common areas with other guest. The condo also has a balcony with a breathtaking panoramic view.
Other things to note
This is a no pet resort complex. Only service dogs with appropriate paperwork allowed.
