Vous adorerez tout l'espace que cette unité de bain 1 chambre / 2 au 3ème étage offre à Sugar Beach. Cette unité offre une vue directe sur la plage avec un accès à seulement quelques mètres. Vous aimerez également toutes les commodités offertes à Sugar Beach: 3 piscines, piscine pour enfants, courts de tennis, jeu de palets et cabane à sucre saisonnière. et de nombreux équipements, tels que 3 piscines, une piscine pour enfants et des courts de tennis !!

La cuisine complète propose des appareils petits et grands, ainsi que des ustensiles de cuisine et des ustensiles. Vos invités ou enfants auront leur propre intimité @ nuit dans le salon, qui offre un canapé-lit, une chaise avec télévision à ��cran plat et un placard. Une salle de bain complète et laveuse / sécheuse sont également situés au rez-de-chaussée.

La chambre est située à l'étage et offre un lit queen size avec une commode, une télévision à écran plat et un dressing. Il y a aussi une salle de bain privée à l'étage avec combo baignoire / douche et grande vanité.

Nice getaway!!

Very clean and staff was very helpful and friendly! It was right on the beach and clean pools. The only real gripe was the elevator was slow and extremely hot. We would definitely stay again regardless!!

June 2018 Stay

Perfect for small family

First trip with just my kids and I. This condo was the perfect size for us. Just as the listing says it’s small, cozy, and just a short walk to the beach. You can see the ocean from the balcony which was a win for my daughter and I! Only thing I’d say is be mindful when you close the door because sometimes I noticed it wouldn’t close all the way for the lock to catch, otherwise great stay!

Loved sugar beach

I enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was small but worked well. The beach was pretty. Our washer was broke before we got there and part took a long time. They brought us extra towels which was much appreciated.

This complex, as well as this unit, has been on our rental program for many years and has MANY, amazing guests that return to this unit year after year. Not only is the complex budget friendly, but they offer many amenities not offered by other older complexes. We worked with you as much as we could to make your stay all that it should be, but we guess that was not enough to make your stay what you expected. Love Sugar Beach...but not this room

Both adults are 5'2"... couldn't reach microwave without a chair. No safety latch on entry door. No plug for tub drain...unable to bathe kids in tub. No blankets..but a very nice woman brought some when we called. THE SOFA BED WAS TERRIBLE..even the kids couldn't sleep. Needs a thicker mattress. No hair dryer...it actually wasn't listed as an item but I haven't stayed at any of the SB condos in the last 19 years that did not have one! Clean and we did love the beach♥️ Overall we still enjoyed our vacation. This unit just needs a little love and attention.

August 2022 Stay

Overall, would stay there again! First night we had some issues accessing our room. This was a complete fluke and no fault of anyone. The on-call were great in helping us! From my day of travel I know I was a little snippy in the beginning, but their attitude and willingness to help made the entire situation better. The building/property itself is older and could use some updating. I wasn’t expecting the cement walls in the interior and that took me back. It has a prison/old dorm feeling, but I’m sure very safe in hurricane weather. The condo itself is also a little outdated and could have used a little more cleaning (ceiling fans and shower liner specifically). We enjoyed the easy beach access and night time on the beach quickly became a favorite. The pools were also nice when wanting an escape from the sand. It truly became our cozy little home away from home and we enjoyed our stay. We did leave a few supplies for the next guests because truly there’s just never enough.

The property was nice. Good location. Beach was great. Pool was very nice. I didn’t realize that the bedroom was upstairs but we managed. Cozy but for the 2 of us it was nice. Limited view from balcony. The condo next door was power washing their parking deck so during the day it was terribly loud when sitting outside. (Nothing you could do about this). My problem began on Sunday when I tried to check in. I had received an email from you and it started off “this is every thing you need for your stay”. It told me about the parking, the pool, the beach, etc. What it didn’t give me was the entry code to the lock box on the door so I could get in. We arrived at the condo at 3pm hoping to get in early. We hung out until 4pm waiting on an email with the code. Starting at 5pm I called the onsite manager Austin to see if he had any contact. The text from VRbo said “if you have any questions contact the owner”. The only number I had gave me a recording “our business hours are Mon-Fri 8-5” I checked with the onsite security guard. He had a phone # for the unit but it was a non working number. I sent multiple texts. I checked my inbox after downloading the VRBO app. Nothing. After repeated attempts to contact someone I gave up and found me a hotel room at 8pm. The next morning someone finally answered me. She told me that I had received an email on Sept 4th with my door code. I checked my trash. I had 496 deleted messages but it only went back to Sept 7th. I did receive a 150 refund
Finally got to spend some time on the beach with my husband starting on Monday 9-15.

We are very saddened by your experience of your stay with us in this great property. Although we do not understand you not making sure you had all of the details for arrival ahead of time, we are sympathetic to the situation and that is why you received the refund. We send out the arrival information in plenty of time prior to arrival so that guests can read over the information and be prepared and hopefully understand the check in process of needing a code for entry. Our on call staff explained to you that none of your texts or messages were received on our 24 hour office line so we honestly do not know why we were unable to communicate with you while you were attempting to access the property. We hope you will accept our sincerest apology and learn from this experience to get in touch with the property manager ahead of time to make sure you have all you need for arrival. Are we safe here?

This unit is a lot smaller than it looks in pictures! Shower curtain in lower bath had mold on it! Patio chairs had mold on them! One smoke detector located on 2nd level without a battery and no sprinkler system in unit! There was no bedding for pull out sofa bed and one of the pillows was stained! Mattress on pullout bed was very worn out! Microwave was on top of the fridge! We had to stand on top of our cooler in order to use it! Upstairs carpet was dirty, stained and not vacuumed! We had towels and no washcloths! Closet door hanging on one hinge! The unit is outdated and had a really unclean feel and smell to it! We asked for an accommodation (not a refund) but was told there’s was nothing that could be done until the next dAy. We ended up spending more money that night at a hotel!!! Next morning we went to Luna Beach Properties main office and further expressed our concerns. Once again, we were told that there was nothing that could be done! This lady was very cold and could care less about our concerns!! “Take the shower curtain down and another rest of your trip!” That’s what she told us, because there’s Belsen they could do! Out of all the properties that they have, we could not be accommodated! We also asked if someone would clean the unit for us because it wasn’t very clean! They later sent a very nice maintenance guy who fixed the closet replaced some light bulbs! We had to spend money again to buy cleaning products to clean the unit ourselves in order to try and enjoy the rest of our stay! This unit is not big enough for 4 adults! No privacy!

Vickie, So many of the statements made in this review are untrue! When you contacted our office at arrival, you demanded we move you to another property. You told us the photos you viewed online are not of this unit and that we were deceptive in our advertising. The listing clearly states this is a 1 bedroom unit that is only 700 square feet so how this is deceptive we do not understand. We also do not use any trick photography when taking the photos as you mentioned when calling our office. Our maintenance guy did go to the unit to replace the hinge on the door of a small storage closet at the base of the stairs. When he got there he had to move all of your luggage from in front of the door to repair it. We also sent a full housekeeping staff to the unit and you declined them cleaning anything! You were not very nice to any of our staff and your demanding attitude was not appreciated at all. We wish you the best, however we do not wish you return or book with us in the future as we could not do anything to satisfy you or your group. Sincerely, Luna Beach Properties, LLC

Short stay

We stayed for 4 nights on short notice. The beach was excellent, quiet and clean. Condo was as advertised. Perfect size for the two of us.

Nice rooms very comfortable beautiful beach area

Nice rooms very comfortable beautiful beach areaRestaurants were close by got to try the shrimp basket overall very nice vacation lots to do wife went parasailing and we both took a helicopter ride

Sugar Beach

It has been two springs since we have been able to visit the Gulf. And between the pandemic and.multiple hurricanes we really did not expect to make it this spring.. Thankfully we did a Sugar Beach condos were great. Clean convenient, and on the mend with the rest of Orange Beach and Gulf Shores. Good work!!

First time at Orange Beach

Loved the location of the condo. You can just walk right to the beach without crossing any streets. The owner was easily accessible and very responsive. Easy to work with. My husband and I especially loved the Sugar Shack. The pool on the 1st floor was nice too. Wasnt overcrowded which we loved! Cant wait to go back again

Very friendly environment. Very professional staff. Beach was clean and chair rentals were very easy

I'm very satisfied with our experience. My wife and children enjoyed it immensely. Very friendly and safe environment for the family. Will defenitly be back next season.

Great Vacation spot
