GUEST ACCESS
-Guests must register at the Sea Colony Shoppe to purchase badges. Fees vary depending on time of the year, please check Sea Colony's website
-Keyless entry: code to be provided before check-in
-Unit has Parking out front and is adjacent to Tennis Center, Pool (1 of 12 in Sea Colony) and Tram stop for an easy/short way to go to the Beach!

-This is a 2nd floor unit
-No Pets
-No Smoking

-We provide kitchenware and a "starter kit" for paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper
-Guests need to bring their own linens, towels and toiletries
-Available by messaging throughout the trip for questions or unforeseen issues that arise. In addition, Sea Colony has very responsive property management.
