Cute Historic District home centrally located in the heart of Phoenix. Close to downtown shops, restaurants, theaters, ballparks, and more. Only a 20 minute drive to Glendale stadium, Scottsdale and the East valley. Two homes located on property, only one is a rental. Backyard and driveway is for the guest only.
"I booked this VRBO for my son and his wife during their visit to Phoenix, and it was a fantastic experience. The host was excellentâvery communicative and pleasant, making sure everything went smoothly. My son and his wife loved the stylish decor, enjoyed relaxing by the pool, and appreciated the great location. Highly recommend this property for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!"
We loved our stay at this charming home. It was the perfect home base while dropping our two oldest kids off at college. The pool and yard were the perfect spot to relax after a couple long days of shopping and setting up dorm rooms. I only wish we had had more down time to relax!
This was our second time booking this property. It's beautiful, the pool I think is salt water ( I think) and it was so refreshing with that AZ heat! The location is great because it feels centrally located you can really get to wherever you're headed quite easily from the house. The home is very clean, the host was kind when we were chatting through the chat on the website. I did observe that there is a ring camera at the front door and there is a ring camera with a light ( similarly to a driveway camera) over looking the pool in the backyard. I may have overlooked but didn't see the surveillance listed in the listing. Since there is a pool maybe it's for safety, I don't know. There is a casita in the back of the property, the backyard was private although the door opens to the backyard where we sat and swam. We weren't disturbed. There is one full size bed as well as two singles and one king in the primary bedroom. I realized a full bed isn't quite for my husband and I in terms of comfort. I think a queen size bed may be a better way to go about that. In any case the home was beautiful, comfortable, and the neighborhood was quite from our experience.
This home is so beautiful that you would not want to leave. This was a unexpected trip due to a family emergency and we found this home close by to the hospital my mom was in. Unfortunately things took a sudden turn while we was boarding our last plane from Hawaiâi to AZ. The home was to small to house me and my entire family and the host was very understanding and also helped us while on our stay there.
Everything worked out perfectly that I could just concentrate on the family matter we was dealing with. If you are looking for a cozy historical home that is remodeled you would want to stay here. Just the one night Iâve got to stay to rest was just amazing and I wish I had more time to stay here. Also Sylvia and her daughter was a amazing help with everything I was going through and being in communication with them was quick. 110% recommend.

2. Luxury Living: The inside is gorgeous, with stylish decor and comfy furnishings that make you feel right at home.
3. Outdoor Bliss: The backyard is a dream with a sparkling pool, comfy loungers, and a shaded patioâperfect for chilling and enjoying the sun.
4. Cozy Bedrooms: The bedrooms are spacious and cozy, ensuring a good night's rest.
5. Spotless Clean: This place was spotless, and the hosts clearly take great care of it.

In short, this property is a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Phoenix. It's got everything you need for a wonderful vacation. I can't wait to come back!
I will start by saying the house was clean, it was in a good neighborhood. The backyard was beautiful. The owners seemed friendly.
I never want to leave a bad review, so I only took one star off for the following.
The home has a rental unit in the backyard. So, if you are out using the pool or the barbecue then you could have renters walk right through your party. If you are swimming they have a bedroom window within 10â of the pool, this isnât a private yard as advertised. I even talked to the owners about this, and they said, âSorry for the misunderstandingâ No misunderstanding they never said anything about it.
They even said they âThoughtâ they had posted, and they were going to take care of it. Well, we are now 6 days removed and guess what its still not posted so I will post it as I believe its something renters should know.
We have spent a great deal of time making this our retirement home for when that time comes. To be transparent, we have two houses on this property with the front house as the rental. The amenities that include backyard and pool are not shared with the back house, and the tenant is respectful of the guest privacy. Occasionally you may see her cross the yard to get to the back house. Security camera is installed on property.
