Lake Country Business Licence #10000855. Create life long memories at this one of a kind private estate on the Okanagan lake. Enjoy 200 ft of water front with 180 degree views. Unlike most properties on the lake this is extremley private where no neighbours can see into the property. Entering the property you will feel secure and free to be yourself while entertaining family and friends.
Enter this luxury waterfront home thru a grand entrance with a Mongolia tree to greet you. Open the front door and you will be in awe of the Okanagan lake views as you step into the house. Continue to walk toward the lake and you will step into a huge living room with a gas fireplace, sectional couch, elegant chairs, and a baby grand piano. This is the room you will spend time in while entertaining your guests throughout the day when you need some downtime from the sun. From the living room there are two large sliding patio doors, glass from floor to ceiling, that you can open to access the main patio. This patio has two cushioned Sun loungers and a Sunbrella sectional sofa with coffee table. This is where you will spend most of your day lounging in the sun while drinking your favourite beverage.
The Kitchen also has incredible lake views and is an open concept with the dining room. There is lots of natural light which makes the kitchen very desirable. Sit at the huge island (four chairs) and drink cocktails or at the dining table (eight chairs) and enjoy a huge spread with family and friends. There is a second patio off the kitchen with an outdoor dining table (seats eight) for those who prefer to sit outside. This patio is also where the BBQ is conveniently located. The BBQ is a Weber grill that offers four burners and is directly connected to natural gas. In the kitchen you will find a gas stove top with six burners. All cooking wear and utensils are provided to allow you to dine in luxury at home. At the coffee/tea station you will find a Keurig, Expresso/Latte machine and a Nespresso. Next to the coffee bar there is a lounging area with a big screen TV for those who enjoy the morning news or a sporting event while sipping on a hot beverage.
Walk down the hall from the kitchen and you will find three large bedrooms. Each bedroom has black out blinds to keep light out during the long summer days. The master bedroom offers incredible lake views even while laying in a king sized pillow top bed. Use the remote to open the blinds in the morning and enjoy the experience. Each bed comes with Egyptian cotton linens and a duvet. The master bedroom has 65â TV on the wall for your pleasure with fully smart TV functionality. The ensuite bathroom has his and her sinks, toilet and stand up tiled/glass shower.
Across the hall from the master are two more bedrooms one with a king bed and the other with a double. In between the bedrooms is a bathroom with his and her sinks and a very large standup tile/glass shower.
Make your way down the stairs to the basement and you will find a newly renovated space with two huge patio doors leading to the outside covered patio. Take time out of the sun and sit in this shaded patio during the hottest times of the day. Inside you will find a living room with a fireplace and 65â TV with two full couches and a lazy boy chair. This is where you can watch a movie with family or turn on your favourite sporting events. Behind the living room is a recreational area with a ping pong table and a Peleton bike. Even though the whole house is air conditioned you will find this living room to be the coolest area during the day which offers relief from the hot sun. Down the hall you will find another huge master bedroom with a king size bed. This room also offer spectacular views of the lake and has a 65â TV on the wall with smart TV functionality. Just outside this room is the newest and most modern bathroom in the house with his and her sinks, a huge soaker tub, toilet, heated floors and a standup tile/glass shower. Unlike most houses this basement is bright and very welcoming. Itâs a difficult choice between the master bedroom on the main and in the basement but both will not disappoint. Walk back across the living room and you will find another bedroom with a double bed. This room also has lake views and lots of natural light with a door that opens to the outdoor patio and lake access.
Now letâs talk about the best part of the propertyâŠ.the beach! There are only a handful of properties on the entire Okanagan that can boast 200 Ft of private lake front. Lounge at the sandy beach while watching the kids play in the lake. This might be the most private beach on the lake. Bring your boats and tie them at any of the three private bouys. Launch your boat at the end of the street (Gable Beach) or at Coral Beach (5 minutes away). Use our floating dock to jump into the lake and allow the kids to play until they are ready for bed. Go for a ride in the complimentary canoe and try catching a fish.
Make a lunch or dinner reservation at 50th Parallel Winery just a 12 minute walk up the hill or jump in the car and drive 8 minutes to Peak Cellars, Intrigue wineries, and Grey Monk estates. Enjoy world class dining at 4 different wineries within 10 minutes drive from the house.
