Loft contemporain flambant neuf dans le vieux quartier de McKinley Landing, une enclave de chalets sur les rives du lac Okanagan. Il dispose de 3 chambres avec des plafonds de 9 pieds, chacune avec sa propre salle de bains privative avec plancher chauffant, armoires européennes, lits queen size, téléviseurs 4K, cuisine entièrement équipée avec comptoirs en quartz, cuisinière à induction, réfrigérateur pleine grandeur, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle , cafetière, cafetière Nesspresso, cafetière presse française, grille-pain, casseroles, poêles, assiettes et ustensiles. Pour dîner et se détendre il y a un salon, ouvert sur la cuisine avec plafond de 14 pieds avec le mur de verre pour profiter de la lumière naturelle et des vues sur le lac et les montagnes. Canapé-lit, table, chaises, 4 tabourets de bar, TV écran plat est là pour vous. Nous avons construit cette maison avec l'intention d'être une maison de vacances, donc tous les murs sont insonorisés et les portes sont à âme pleine, le plancher du rez-de-chaussée est carrelé et en béton teinté au niveau inférieur pour garder l'endroit extrêmement propre. Pour tous les besoins de buanderie, il y a dans l'unité une laveuse et une sécheuse pleine grandeur, une planche et un fer à repasser. Pont couvert pour ces soirées romantiques où vous pouvez vous asseoir et profiter d'une paix absolue et tranquille. La maison est située à seulement 100 mètres du lac, au bout de la rue sans issue avec un grand parking pour votre voiture ou votre bateau. À cinq minutes à pied de la maison, nous vous amènerons à l'un des plus beaux parcs de plage du lac Okanagan, où vous pourrez facilement trouver votre paradis privé. En tant qu'amateurs de chiens, nous avons décidé d'accepter les animaux de compagnie, mais ils devront être approuvés avant de réserver. Si vous en apportez un, c'est le paradis des chiens, des kilomètres de sentiers de randonnée, une plage adaptée aux chiens et à 5 minutes en voiture du plus grand parc canin de Kelowna. Pour nos clients avec des bateaux, nous avons maintenant un amarrage privé à amarrer pendant le séjour, à seulement 5 minutes à pied de la maison. Pas de fêtes, pas d'événements.

Great Place, Friendly Hosts

We enjoyed staying at "Modern 3 bedroom, 3 en suites, dog-friendly loft with boat mooring in McKinley" with our family. It is an incredible house and a lovely location; the hosts were very kind and friendly. We really appreciated how animal-friendly this place is. A vacation with your pets is the best because who needs a break from them? We are definitely coming back.

A room with a view!

My husband and adult children stayed in this modern townhouse with a beautiful view. The home is very clean, the beds comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked with lovely dishes, pots and pans, and appliances that were better than what you'd find in my own home! We appreciated the hospitality and the quiet secluded location. Would definitely stay again at McKinley.

Wonderful vacation

Excellent accommodations, very well equipped kitchen, lots of towels and other supplies. It was so nice that we could bring the dog and also great that we had a mooring ball for the boat. Great location, close to grocery stores and other amenities but community is just far enough away so that it feels like you are out of town and in a peaceful spot. The hosts, Mariola and Henryk are very kind and they were very helpful. We would definitely book again!

Amazing home and hosts!

Our family (group of 8) enjoyed a comfortable stay in this beautiful home. They were extremely pleasant and welcoming from the moment we pulled into the driveway until we left. There were so many delightful extras included (even freezies waiting for our children). We enjoyed the lake views and deer sightings in this quiet neighbourhood. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Nice home, beautiful setting, lovely managers

Stayed two weeks and had a wonderful time. Home is spacious and comfortable in a beautiful setting with relatively easy beach access and even a boat mooring. Managers are friendly, accommodating and readily available. This was our first Vrbo stay and we were all pleased overall. Hope to be back in the not too distant future! Perfect for Family Gathering

The owner, Henryk was always prompt with communications right from first contact. The well equipped property was perfect for our party of 6 adults, 2 kids and a dog. Nice to be able to access the little beach at the end of a hot day and then sit on the deck at the house with a glass of local wine while watching hummingbirds visit the wildflowers.

Spacious, quiet, comfortable and gorgeous setting!

Our family had a fantastic stay and will definitely come again. The loft is very clean and well appointed with everything you might need. Our family was comfortable and loved walking our dog through the neighbourhood and adjacent trails. The beach is a short walk downhill and we all enjoyed daily swims in the lake. Our hosts were very accessible but we found we didn’t need a thing. We will definitely return when next in Kelowna. Thank you!

Amazing family vacation!

Our family of 5 plus our dogs had a great stay at Henryk and Mariola’s. Very friendly and welcoming. Their dog, Lebowski is pretty awesome too. Lots of space for all of us and great view of the lake. Spent a lot of time down at the public beach that is a short walk away and greatly appreciated the beach chairs and towels that were provided. Enjoyed having a place to sit and play games in the evening. We stayed for a week and it was wonderful but we would have loved to stay longer! Definitely recommend and hope we will be back one day.

Amazing Stay

Absolutely gorgeous and beautiful house with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. We loved everything. Serenity and calmness of the surroundings are priceless. We enjoyed going out for a swim at many small beaches. After amazing day at the beach, we wrap up our days sat the balcony overlooking the Okanagan Lake. The owners are very pleasant and very welcoming. A deer family with their babies would peacefully great you every day. This is a highly recommended place to stay. Thank you so much for a beautiful memory.

Peaceful perfection

We had an incredible stay at Henryk and Mariola's beautiful vacation rental. Both the hosts and property immediately felt like a home away from home that made you feel comfortable and welcomed. The house was immaculate, well appointed with quality items that matched the care you could see had been given when the home was built, and had everything you could need; including thoughtful touches like a bouquet of freshly cut flowers and herbs. Whether it was sipping coffee on the deck enjoying the peaceful ambience or taking the pup for the short hike down to the beach, every moment was memorable. We would love to return in the future and would highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a tranquil getaway.

Fantastic Stay

Henryk and Mariola are wonderful hosts. Not only are they lovely humans but the home is amazing too! This second stay for our family was just as excellent as our first. The home is very clean, has everything you need to be comfortable in the hot Kelowna climate and is sufficiently stocked for cooking and trips to the nearly public lake access. We took the house towels and beach chairs down to the lake on several occasions and enjoyed lazing on the public dock and swimming in the lake. Our hosts brought us fans (we didn’t need them as the AC was sufficient) when the weather got hot and also helped care for our dog when he got upset that we were out too long. Thanks again ! We will be back for sure.

Great space for families

We fully enjoyed our stay at Henryk and Mariola’s lovely property. We were impressed with the cleanliness and spaciousness of the unit, and it was so nice for everyone to have their own bathroom. The home was well equipped with new kitchen appliances, laundry, and great beds and linens. The house is in a very quiet neigborhood, which does require a bit of a drive for groceries or restaurants, (but only about 10-15 minutes). Our family and our dog felt very comfortable with our “home base” in Kelowna. Having the owners right next door was fantastic, and I can’t say enough about how welcoming and attentive they were to us. If I could suggest one thing, it would be to add reflective driveway markers for those of us who aren’t used to a steep driveway! Thanks very much Henryk and Mariola!

Trying to keep this place a quiet secret...

The description left no surprises; it is as presented in the description. Comfortable, modern, convenient, relaxing. The surprises were with the open, inviting, and interesting hosts, which made the stay even better! As the title says, selfishly would like this to remain a quiet secret(especially for the first two weeks in July!). But to be equitable to our hosts, we have to fully recommend this home away from home to any family who is looking for quiet, proximity to great water, proximity to great services and other attractions, access to watercraft tie down, and a real home feel. Oh, and the added bonus is the acceptance of our furriest members of the family! The trails were great runs(never had to go to the dog park), and the beach is one of the few that is dog friendly. There are playmates out there every day. We will be looking forward to our next visit!
