Tiny Anchor Loft is proudly owned and operated by a mother-daughter duo. Jen, your host and co-owner, grew up in Vernon and now lives on the west coast. She is dedicated to providing exceptional guest care, available 24/7 to promptly respond to any questions or concerns, ensuring your stay is seamless and stress-free.

Wendy, the other half of the team and a housekeeping extraordinaire, lives locally in Vernon. She meticulously prepares the condo to ensure it’s spotless and perfectly set up for your arrival. Together, Jen and Wendy strive to make your stay at Tiny Anchor Loft unforgettable.

Escape the city while enjoying Tiny Anchor Loft inside Vita Resort. The resort is located on the shores of majestic Okanagan Lake. Canoe Beach and Kin Beach are a two minute walk down the road and include a sandy swimming beach and a playground. Paddlewheel Park is a popular beach, playground, wedding venue and boat launch and is a 15 minute walk away.

Other attractions that are within walking distance include: walking/biking trails, disc golf, tennis courts, Marshall Fields (sports fields) and Vernon Pickleball Association's indoor complex. Another popular attraction in Vernon are the rentable e-scooters and e-bikes that are available to rent for your leisurely ride - you can usually find a couple of these rentals parked outside the resort or across the street at the beach (check out our digital guidebook for a discount code).

Also nearby you will find The Rise Golf Course & Vineyard (the only Freddy Couples designed course in Western Canada), Paddlewheel Park + boat launch as well as family friendly Davidson's Orchard. Ellison Provincial Park is a hidden gem only 10 minutes away, while Kalamalka Provincial Park ("Kal Lake") and the Okanagan Rail Trail are also a short drive across town.

Tiny Anchor Loft is driving distance to restaurants and shopping in downtown Vernon as well as Vernon General Hospital (less than 10 mins), Predator Ridge Golf Course (20 mins), Sovereign Lake Nordic Ski area (20 mins), Silver Star Mountain (30 mins), and wineries in neighbouring Lake Country (25 mins). If you're in town for marathons, Funtastics, or other sporting events we are not far at all from baseball diamonds, soccer fields, Kal Tire Place and more.

OKANAGAN LIFESTYLE: Okanagan Lake is a water sports paradise, offering everything from boating and fishing to stand-up paddleboarding and kayaking. Hike through the nearby forests and discover hidden waterfalls and breathtaking scenery. If you're looking for a little adventure, go wine tasting in the surrounding vineyards or explore charming downtown Vernon.

STUDENTS AND NURSES: We are less than 10 minutes to Vernon Jubilee Hospital and Okanagan College. UBC Okanagan Campus is 35 minutes away.

BRING YOUR BIKES: We are close to many biking trails including the mountain biking trails at Ellison Provincial Park and through the Commonage. There are many mountain biking trails up at Silver Star Mountain as well.

We are located inside Vita Lakefront Resort which is a newer resort to compliment The Strand and The Outback. This luxury resort is closer to town and beaches than Vernon's older lakefront communities.

Tiny Anchor guests will have the entire condo to themselves. The resort's private gym and private pool are for the exclusive use of resort guests only, including Tiny Anchor guests.
There is a washer/dryer combo unit (free) in the condo but also a shared laundry facility (paid) within the resort.
Guests can also enjoy the onsite pickleball court outside or the inside gym.

The open parking lot has one designated stall for each unit, as well as visitor parking (based on first come, first served) and an EV charging station.

For those with larger vehicles, there is street parking both on Lakeshore Road as well as Marshall Road (back side of building).

There is also a bus stop 250 metres away at the corner of Lakeshore Road and Okanagan Landing Road for guests without vehicle access.

This micro-condo lakefront resort is the first of its kind in Vernon. All units are over 300 sq. ft. and contain custom built furniture to maximize storage space. You will have everything you need to feel right at home at Tiny Anchor Loft.
