Condo mis à jour est à proximité de toutes les commodités et comprend toute nouvelle cuisine qui est entièrement équipée avec des appareils de cuisine et des ustensiles pour votre commodité. Le salon principal contient un canapé de bonne taille, une télévision à écran plat et un lit king-size. C'est le refuge parfait pour les couples qui cherchent à se détendre, à profiter et à participer à tout ce que cette région offre. En tant qu’invité SunHost, les ustensiles de cuisine, le linge de maison, des oreillers supplémentaires et des serviettes en suffisance sont entièrement fournis à votre arrivée. Un service de ménage hebdomadaire est fourni. Wifi gratuit

Lors de votre séjour dans une unité SunHost, vous aurez également accès à du personnel de bureau 7 jours sur 7, des services de bureau (fax, copie, cartes d'embarquement imprimées, etc.). Pour vous divertir et faire du shopping, il vous suffit de traverser la rue pour rejoindre John's Pass Village, un pittoresque village de pêcheurs du tournant du siècle et la première attraction touristique du comté de Pinellas. Le village compte plus de cent magasins uniques, une variété de restaurants, la flotte de pêche locale, des excursions d'observation des dauphins et de bombardements, la location de bateaux, le parachute ascensionnel et le jet ski. Le meilleur de tous en tant que client SunHost, vous pouvez aller à pied à cette destination de divertissement géniale. The place was in good shape overall except the water pressure in shower & the toilet would not always fill back up with water after flushing. Needed paper towels & more toilet paper.

Great stay!!!

Had a great time here for our 4 day stay. Beach access is extremely easy to get to. pool area was wonderfully maintained. Condo itself was very clean and roomy. So close to shopping and many great restaurants. Definitely would recommend this place to stay and I plan on rebooking in the future for sure!

Smoking policy..... Surf Song needs more smoking areas on its location ....I don’t mind smoking in locations but you could add more area maybe by the grill area & in the parking garage area

The management though was not the best. The people in the office were very rude. The unit was only stocked with 4 towels for 4 people for 7 days. When we asked for more they said “This is not a hotel...do laundry”. I am on vacation...I do not want to do laundry. The unit was also only stocked with 2 rolls of toilet paper for 4 people for 7 days. I was surprised they gave us another roll.

The view is incredible, location in the building is very convenient. Although the condo could use a little sprucing up it was perfect for me. Be aware that this building and it's interior is very old so don't go expecting a 5 start resort. A new roof was being put on while we were there so hopefully the renovations will continue.

My only complaint would be that maybe the mattress needs to be replaced. The first year we were there we were amazed with how well the outside maintenance was kept but this year we noticed it wasn't done as well; clean for the most part just not as well as the previous year.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit we stayed in was great but the property was dirty and looked rundown. We have been staying at SurfSong for a long time and have never seen it in the condition it was in October. The walkways were filthy dirty, the paint was peeling up, the pool was dirty, the shuffle board area needs repaired, trash cans were over flowing and there was rats around the pool area and the parking garage. My parents stayed in a separate unit at SurfSong based on our recommendation and said they would not stay there again based on the condition of the property and their unit. In fact they booked at a different property for next October. We will be returning to the area in April and will see how the property looks at that time.
