The Space:
With around 5,000 square feet, this beautiful home combines the perfect blend of indoor luxury and amenities, outdoor entertaining that rivals any resort and concierge partners that cater to your every need.

Outdoor Oasis: Arrive at the residences and you will immediately be drawn to the private resort style backyard that has a pool, spa, water features, and a lounge area complete with TV and plush seating. There is also an option to add pool heat for the winter months. The outdoor area also has resort style lounge seating with large covered area and lounge chairs to bask in the Arizona sun around the pool. Want to play some pickle-ball, game of basketball or corn hole? Head on over to the Sport Court. Also included for your entertainment is a grilling station, outdoor fire pit, misters to help cool off and an option to dine outdoors.

Indoor Luxury: At HÓZHÓ Scottsdale, we believe any stay should be centered around comfort. All HÓZHÓ Scottsdale properties focus on premier bedding, plush pillows, and soft oversized pool and bath towels. Our homes are professionally furnished with your vacation experience in mind. Great Stay

Our stay at Hozho was incredible. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, and its proximity to downtown Scottsdale was very convenient. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are coming to Scottsdale.

We played a ton of pickleball and pool, and were grateful for the option to heat the swimming pool and hot tub. The beds were very comfortable, and having two dishwashers, multiple ovens, and a lot of counter space was an added bonus for feeding our hungry group of 10!

Family, friends and fun at Thunderbird

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this house to celebrate my boyfriends's 50th, bringing together family and friends from all over. The house was the perfect place for everyone to stay, relax, enjoy and celebrate. We all pitched in and cooked in the beautiful kitchen, and spent the days outside in the amazing pool. We created a long dining area in inside for a nice birthday dinner on Saturday night, and on Sunday, having both the huge living room and outdoor TV area near the pool was perfect to watch Sunday football with the crew. Everyone had their own room where they could retreat when they wanted to, and the main part of the house was perfect for everyone to come together and hang out.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hosted a 3-day Autism Parent Retreat here in July 2024. Thunderbird Estate did not disappoint! Hands down the best experience!! The property was gorgeous, minutes from the airport as well as other local spots we desired to explore. Management staff was there to ensure our stay was perfect. Any issues or questions we may have had were addressed promptly! 10/10 recommend!!

Amazing house

Perfect house for 12 (6 adults and 6 children). Pool and hot tub are the best we have rented in our 8 years of traveling as a group for spring break. Pictures are great but even better in person! Sport court was great for additional activities and appreciated all equipment being provided. Management company was there to greet us and show us how to run everything, nice touch to be greeted with wine and charcuterie board.

Amazing Home, Great Location & Superb Management

Exceptional and Beautiful Experience

This property was amazing and beautiful. The pool was incredible and the spa was amazing. They had all the equipment for the basketball court, corn hole, and pickleball. The owners spared no expense in making this place elegant, comfortable, and spectacular. They definitely had the guest in mind with all the amenities this property has to offer. Premier AZ Destinations management provided us with personal concierge service and we were greeted on the property by a member of Premier AZ Destination. He showed us the whole property, made sure we knew where everything was, and how to work it, answered all of our questions, and made us feel very comfortable. They were truly available 24/7. Definitely going to stay here again!

Amazing Family Getaway

This is a truly exquisite property with a very contemporary and relaxing atmosphere! Our favorite amenities were the billiards room, pickle ball court, pool and spa to fit our family’s active lifestyle. Sean, Mark, and Erubey were absolutely wonderful to work with from booking, to checking out, and everything in between. The team met us upon arrival to give us a tour, show us how to operate the property features, and answer any questions we had. We appreciated their recommendations for local activities and restaurants. The chef’s kitchen in this home is absolutely amazing and fully stocked with everything you need to create your own gourmet meals or hire in a private chef! We highly recommend this property for a relaxing getaway you will never forget! -J. Osborn

Incredible Stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My friends and I stayed at Thunderbird recently and it was truly the most wonderful stay from start to finish! Sean met us at the property upon arrival to make sure we understood all the gadgets, had questions answered, and provided us with some fun snacks. Everything In this home is updated and high tech (yet still super user friendly!) The open floor plan made it so easy to cook, play pool, make drinks, and socialize throughout the weekend. The movie room was a really fun added bonus for the stay, and super comfortable. The backyard is huge, and we spent 90% of our stay outside! The pool is ginormous, the hot tub seats 20, and the water slide is a blast! We watched sports and movies by the pool, and loved playing pickle ball all weekend too! We cannot say thank you enough to Sean and his team for such a perfect experience. It was a trip none of us will forget!

AMAZING GETAWAY IN THE HEART OF SCOTTSDALE! 10000/5 STARS!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: WOW! If I could give this property and the whole experience 10 stars I would! I've traveled all over the world and stayed in a ton of vacation rentals and everything about this one far exceeds the rest. From the owners and their communication and how accommodating they were, to the house itself (which was spotless)! The house and backyard were even more beautiful than we were expecting it to be. My whole family and myself are all in Real Estate, and we all agreed that whoever built this house knew exactly what they were doing! We see houses in Scottsdale everyday, but this one was absolutely gorgeous and was perfect for my whole family for a staycation. It's hard to find a house that is good for a large group of adult couples and little kids with the bedroom options, but this was perfect with having nearly every room with a king bed, large TV, and private bathroom. The kids loved the bunk bed room and movie theatre room. The location is in the heart of Scottsdale with all the amazing food and shopping options minutes away. It was truly such a treat spending quality family time at this house and relaxing by the pool (that lights up so beautiful at night). Theres even a water slide!! I couldn't recommend it enough! We last minute wanted to extend our stay because we enjoyed it so much and didn't want it to end. Sean was so quick to respond and get everything arranged so we could stay an extra night! My family and I will definitely be back!! Thank you SO MUCH to Sean who gave us a tour of the house and checked us in and left cheese, wine, crackers, and sweets for our stay. From before I even booked the house he answered every question kindly and quickly and was available 24/7 the entire stay if we needed anything. Thank you again for letting us stay at your beautiful home, my family made life long memories that we'll cherish forever and it wouldn't have been possible without Sean and Marc and their amazing house. 10000/5 stars!!!

While there were a few technical issues with some appliances, Marc was extremely responsive and did everything in his powers to best attend to our needs. Definitely look forward to renting again.
