Comfortable home that sleeps six, a beach at the end of the road, and less than a 10 minute drive to downtown Lexington! Featuring a spacious living room, a fully stocked kitchen with all your cooking basics, and offering Netflix and Disney +, you won't find a place that makes you feel more at home. Take a dip in the lake or cozy up on the big comfy couch to watch a movie, you and your guests will enjoy the rest and relaxation this home provides!

Dogs are welcome with an arrangement upon booking! They must stay off of the furniture, on a leash when outside, feces picked up and treated for the prevention of fleas and ticks. You must request permission BEFORE making your reservation to bring your dog(s).

We suggest a car to explore the Lexington area!
HOUSE RULES:

- No more than 3 cars on site
- Do NOT park on road or in neighbors'way!
- All furniture must be put back where it is found!
- No Shoes on while inside the home
- Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 8 AM
- Please respect our neighbors by not having loud music or by yelling and using profanity (many are permanent residents!)
- Garabage must be bagged up, put into trash bins at the end of the drive way at departure.
- You must be 25 or older to rent this cottage
- Please note: RVs, tents, and campers are not permitted at our homes. Failure to comply will result in applicable fees.
