In prime season - our weekly rental is Sunday to Sunday.
For Mini weeks in the summer, we also accept Sunday to Thursday and Thursday to Sunday with some exceptions. And minimal restrictions in the off-season!

***PLEASE NOTE***: WE DO NOT provide Sheets/Pillowcases, Towels (Beach or Bath), paper and plastic products (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.), or hygiene products (soap, shampoo, etc.) but we do have beach chairs, boogie boards, bikes, and beach toys, available for your use (as well as a pack n play for your little one)!
There are several local companies that provide sheet and linen rentals and we provide their contact information in our General Information Guide upon booking or upon request.

Welcome to 20585 Quillen Rd in Rehoboth Beach, DE, the perfect destination for your next beach getaway, Situated on a quiet street just 9 blocks from the Rehoboth Beach attractions as well as Dewey Beach. This single-family home boasts 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and is less than 1 mile from the beach, making it an ideal location for a fun-filled and relaxing vacation.

Enter through the welcoming front porch into the light filled foyer, you'll be flanked by the dining room on the left and game room on the right. Game room includes Pac-man video game, Xbox, Atari, board games and puzzles, as well as a separate place for kids to watch movies!! As you continue in, you’ll be greeted by an open and spacious living area with plenty of natural light, comfortable seating, a gas fireplace, and a large flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and granite countertops is perfect for preparing delicious meals and snacks for your family and friends and includes an island with seating for 4.

The Kitchen opens to a back sunroom/sitting room perfect for playing cards with friends or enjoying your morning paper. The sitting room and living room lead to an outdoor space that is just as inviting as the indoor space, with a screened porch and a spacious patio for enjoying the warm sunshine and cool ocean breeze. There is a gas grill on the patio, perfect for preparing your favorite barbecue meals while spending time with your loved ones. After dinner, enjoy a drink on the screened porch or fire up the solo stove! Storage shed located in the back yard offers bikes, beach chairs and beach toys all for your enjoyment. We provide cornhole boards and Pickleball racquets and balls as well as footballs and basketballs. (4 brand new pickleball courts are located directly across rt 1 at Rehoboth Elementary School as well as basketball courts).

The property features four cozy bedrooms, each with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space. The primary bedroom includes a king-sized bed, en-suite bathroom with a luxurious soaking tub, a private sitting area, and a private balcony where you can enjoy the beautiful view of the surrounding area. Bedrooms two and three share a jack and jill bathroom with bedroom 2 offering 2 twin beds, and bedroom 3 offering a bunk bed with twin over double. Bedroom four has its own ensuite bathroom with shower and offers a king-sized bed.

This community has easy access to Thompson Island State Park. Walk or bike to Dewey and Rehoboth beaches, restaurants, and attractions. Enjoy all that the area has to offer including world renowned outlet shopping, an endless selection of restaurants, biking, hiking, and running trails, as well as multiple award winning breweries. With its modern amenities, comfortable living spaces, and prime location, this vacation property is the perfect choice for your next beach vacation. The house was in a great location. It was very spacious and gave our group of six plenty of room. The house was well equipped with everything you would need for a vacation stay. Can’t say enough about my communication with Dan. I contacted him frequently about the nor’easter that was hitting the area during our stay and he responded quickly and reassured us that they were also monitoring the weather. Would highly recommend this home for large groups.

We stayed at this rental with two adults, four high schoolers, and a dog. The house itself was a great location in a quiet neighborhood with the beaches, stores, and boardwalk easily accessible. The parking passes for Dewey Beach were very helpful. The house was clean, looked just like the pictures on the listing, and had everything we needed and more. Our family felt very welcomed and had a wonderful vacation. We would happily stay here again the next time we visit Rehobeth and Dewey.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property -- it was perfect! Plenty of room for the family to spread out, dog-friendly, clean and on a quiet street. Location was great -- we chose to drive just a few minutes to Rehoboth and Dewey and also drove to Lewes. It's a nice neighborhood away from the crowds but still close enough to the action. Loved having all the space of this beautiful house with central air. I would highly recommend and would return. The hosts are lovely and communication was easy and quick.

This was the perfect house for our family beach trip, clean, stocked with beach items, fun game room for the kiddos and plenty of space for a family of five. The screened in porch was a perfect spot for morning coffee and eating to go breakfast sandwich’s from a little market down the street called Fifers. The house is walking distance from a beautiful wooded path that leads to a gorgeous view of Thomas Island. The beach access pass made our beach days very easy and convenient. Driving minutes from downtown Rehoboth boardwalk and Funland. We will definitely book again next time we come to Rehoboth!

We had a wonderful stay! We traveled with four adults, one infant, and one dog, and the space was perfect for our group. It was very clean, spacious, and exactly as described in the listing.The host did a great job thinking of the little details that make a stay easier. There were helpful instructions throughout the house for things like the blinds, checkout, and other useful information, which we really appreciated. The host was also very responsive whenever we reached out.It was especially nice being able to bring our dog. There was a designated pen in the backyard for him, which was very convenient since the yard itself is not fenced in. The home is on a quiet street and was in a great location for everything we wanted to see and do in the area.The rooms were spacious and clean, and the game room was a fun added bonus. We did have a small issue with the air conditioning during our stay, but the host was very quick to respond and try to get the situation resolved.Overall, we had a really wonderful stay and felt very comfortable in the home. If we’re ever back in the area, we would definitely try to stay here again!

House layout is great for families and super cute with how the kitchen is labeled for everything. All around the house are little placards with helpful information. The coffee bar area was stocked with kcups and the pantry had extra toiletries.

Hi, we are Dan and Stephany Spahr. We live outside of Washington DC but make our way to Dewey Beach as much as possible. We love our places and love to share them with our guests. Here's a little more about us:

What we love about Dewey: We love the beach. We love the restaurant and bar scene. We love the proximity to Rehoboth and Bethany but love being away from the crowd. We love that the town is kid friendly and pet friendly. And we love the people.

Favorite Restaurants: Gary's Dewey Beach Grill, Starboard Raw, Dewey Beer Company, and Dewey Post.

Favorite Treat: Vanderwende's Ice Cream

Favorite Activities: Family movie night and bonfire's on the beach. Concerts at the Bottle and Cork. Visiting the local breweries. Hanging on the beach with friends and family.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Plenty of space to spread out. Newer construction provides a very comfortable place to stay. Close enough to the beach but without the premium prices. Great access to all Rehoboth has to offer.
