Enjoy the peaceful sounds of Lake Travis in this newly renovated home. This home was thoughtfully designed for a family friendly getaway with ample space for up to 16 guests. This updated 2-story home is surrounded by large-shaded trees and sits on 1.4 acres in a quiet residential neighborhood.
**MUST inquire about water level if interested in private dock use as water levels can vary widely and are not regulated.
The Space:
Within this gated home, guests will have access to the entire home, a detached guest suite and boat dock*. Newly renovated with an open floor plan. All the bedrooms are outfitted with soft linens, memory foam mattresses and pillows. We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, fresh towels, full kitchen amenities, and private parking.
The first floor includes 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open concept kitchen, dining, and living space. The second floor includes a 180 degree scenic view bedroom with double queen beds, a spacious second bedroom with four full beds, and 1 bathroom.
The detached guest suite sits just off the patio and is equipped with its own HVAC system and includes a full bathroom. The shaded outdoor patio is outfitted with lounging furniture and an outdoor grill.
*Boat dock available outside of drought condition. MUST inquire about water level if interested in private dock use as water levels can vary widely and are not regulated during severe drought conditions.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home, a detached guest suite, private parking and one slip of the private boat dock. For dock use, MUST inquire at time of booking as water levels can vary widely at any time of the year and are not regulated as this is dependent on drought conditions.
