Maison du lac Travis qui se trouve en privé sur 1 acre de terrain avec une vue imprenable sur le lac Travis. Profitez de chaque instant alors que les voiliers et la faune indigène passent fréquemment. Grande piscine et bain à remous saisonnier avec ponts à plusieurs niveaux. Auvents couverts, grill extérieur et terrain de niveau privé pour accueillir des événements de grands groupes, ou laisser les plus petits courir. La maison est d'env. 3600 pieds carrés et dispose de 4 chambres, 3 espaces de vie, 3 salles de bains, une grande cuisine avec tous les ustensiles de cuisine et appareils ménagers inclus. Mobilier et décoration au bord de la piscine pour se détendre ou simplement s'amuser au soleil. Les autres commodités sont un terrain de basket, des jeux de société familiaux, un mini casino, des livres de lecture, des zones de promenade dans la nature. Neat house in Awesome location

We rented this house for a long weekend. There was plenty of room for the four of us, my parents, and my sister’s family of four. The pool and outside deck was fantastic. There are plenty of pool floaties and corn hole as well as games inside too. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The kitchen is huge with lots of seating. The beds were comfy. The neighborhood was very quiet. The views of Lake Travis are stunning. If anyone in your party has any mobility issues, bear in mind that this house, being a split level, has a lot of stairs. But the house’s unique floor plan definitely adds to its charm. I would definitely recommend this property.

What a treat!!

The property was perfect & the view was amazing, the pictures do not do it justice! The best place we could have stayed to celebrate our bride to be!! Michael was very responsive throughout the whole process and answered any questions we had. We had no issues with getting Ubers/transportation to take us into the city. It was overall a great stay and I will definitely be back!

Great house for groups

Property was great with a ton of space. We had a group of 8 people. Outdoor space was exceptional, especially the partially covered deck with ample seating. Owner is very easily accessible with any questions.

Great house with fantastic lake views

The house was great and fit all of our needs. Everything was clean and there were plenty of amenities. The pool is not heated and was too cold to be used in early April, but the hot tub was great. Communication with the homeowner was fantastic and everything went very smoothly. Would definitely stay here again.

Girls weekend

The house was perfect for my best friend’s bachelorette party.. beautiful views of the lake and the pool/hot tub/outdoor area was great to hang out in. The house was clean and in good condition. Was a bit far from the downtown Austin area (which we knew going in) but we were still able to enjoy time there and getting transportation/uber/Lyft was pretty easy! There are some other more local spots to go out at as well which was nice when we didn’t feel like making the trip all the way downtown. Overall was a great stay and would definitely recommend!

Great spot. Great view. Awesome place if you’re not trying to go. Downtown plenty of good food and drinking options near by as well as excellent deceivers options. Top notch view ! Perfect for 2 families or a group of ladies or guys on a trip.

Amazing place

This property is absolutely exquisite. The house really captured the beauty of lake travis and I can't wait to come back. The owners are extremely helpful and are very prepared to help plan a wonderful getaway out by thr lake. Absolutely nothing to complain about!

House with character and a view

Overall experience was very nice. Very spacious, and had enough room for everyone. Outdoor pool and patio was beautiful, especially with the lake view! Located in a nice area outside the city, but also close enough to enjoy the city and boating to Lake Travis. Communication with owner was good and also was friendly. I would recommend to friends or a family.

Had to return to this dream house

We love this house so much. This is our third time here. The owners even made some improvements that were all good. This time I was struck with how many beautiful views there are of the lake. From almost every room you can look over and there’s the lake. It is such a relaxing place I really would rather stay at the house then go anywhere else.

Amazing spot to stay.

We stayed here with a group of 9 girls and had an amazing time. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space. The pool/outdoor/kitchen area was awesome and we spent a lot of time hanging out there. Would definitely recommend. Michael was also incredibly helpful!

Perfect house for our group

The layout of the house was perfect for the two families with young kids. The split levels allowed for noise control at bed times and privacy. Beautiful views and quiet neighborhood. Pool was chilly but it is October so hot tub was a nice option too. Owner was very easy to contact and super helpful. Close to multiple marinas for boat rental!

Return visit to our favorite house

Wonderful house. Perfectly designed, decorated and furnished house that allows people to relax wherever they want to be. In one of the living rooms, balconies or by the pool. All with terrific views of the lake. We had to come back for more. We were here in June as well.

We fell in love with this lake home

From the moment that we opened the front door we had beautiful views of Lake Travis. You walk in from the second level which has three bedrooms and two sitting areas. The third floor is a huge master and bathroom suite. The bottom level has a great sitting area open to a fully stocked kitchen with gorgeous views of the pool and Lake Travis. Every morning we watched deer frolic across the green space in the area on the other side of the pool. The owners are amazing. Ideal amount of contact and so willing to help in any way. Many nice touches at the house like pool toys, extra lounge chairs and tables, games, etc. we can’t wait to come back.

Heavenly views from a wonderful house

The views of Lake Travis are spectacular throughout the house. The house was terrific with plenty of room for everyone. The house was beautifully designed with the various levels all making perfect sense. The furnishing and interior design was wonderful as well. Very comfortable. It was a joy to be at the house. The pool and patio were terrific as well.

The guys and I had a great time celebrating my buddy's coming marriage! Property was beautiful and perfect for hosting an improv concert for a cancelled SXSW band Samantha Lee & the Family Tree! Would highly recommend this listing to friends and family. Clean, accommodating and Easy!!

Great Weekend Stay

My family enjoyed staying at here this past weekend. Gorgeous backyard area and the views of Lake Travis were beautiful. I would definitely recommend this place for a quiet relaxing getaway for groups or families! We will definitely consider coming back during the summer to enjoy the pool and large outdoor space!

Perfect place for our needs

We stayed here while in Austin for our daughter's wedding. The wedding was at the Oasis so the location was perfect. We also held the rehearsal dinner at the house. It was perfect for our group of about 30 or so. There are 3 living rooms in the house and lots of places to sit outside. All of our guests were very complimentary of the place. There are some obvious indications of the age of the place and the owner told us he was going to remodel and upgrade soon. That's a good idea. The double beds in the downstairs bedrooms were too soft for my wife and I. There was also a problem with the master bed. I think the frame was cracked. Two people sleeping in the bed tended to roll to the middle. There were some bulbs out and when we notified the owner, he immediately replaced the bulbs. The views from the house are marvelous. The area is very quiet and almost no traffic. The pool is beautiful even though we did not use it. We would definitely come back especially after the remodel.

We have always loved the Lake Travis area, and wanted to share this home with others so they too could experience it as well.
