Maison du lac Travis qui se trouve en privé sur 1 acre de terrain avec une vue imprenable sur le lac Travis. Profitez de chaque instant alors que les voiliers et la faune indigène passent fréquemment. Grande piscine et bain à remous saisonnier avec ponts à plusieurs niveaux. Auvents couverts, grill extérieur et terrain de niveau privé pour accueillir des événements de grands groupes, ou laisser les plus petits courir. La maison est d'env. 3600 pieds carrés et dispose de 4 chambres, 3 espaces de vie, 3 salles de bains, une grande cuisine avec tous les ustensiles de cuisine et appareils ménagers inclus. Beautiful property and view. Great kitchen, well stocked with pans and baking ware. Home has a lot of areas to relax whether you want to watch TV or just sit a visit. Pool and hot tub are well maintained. There is also plenty of parking. Loved this property! Perfect for a holiday or family gathering.

View from the deck makes the whole place worth it. Hot tub worked well, and grill and kitchen supplies were great! Disappointed the pool wasn’t heated, but wasn’t described as such…we just couldn’t use it as much as we thought. Home was clean, but clearly has been used hard. Host was awesome with communication and very friendly.

This was a great property and comfortably fit our group of 8! The property is as pictured and the different levels were great for everyone to have enough space and privacy but also enjoy time in the living rooms and enjoy the amenities! Would highly recommend to anyone with a group or anyone looking to have a getaway with a beautiful view.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay in Austin.

We came for a visit to Austin to be with family over Thanksgiving. This home was perfect for our family. It is spacious and the view from every room is beautiful. Wonderful outdoor area also. Girls trip

We had an amazing time at this house. We had our annual girls trip and the house was amazing, the best part being the pool. We spent A LOT of time in the pool. It is also very close to boat renting places, which was really fun. Mike was easy to communicate with and very fast with his responses.

Fantastic

This is a fantastic house, great views, great location. Very nice owners, answered all questions responds quickly. Very open home but separation if needed for large group. The house is well furnished. Great for a multi family/ group get away. Easy access to the lake, great restaurants etc. Highly recommend this property, didn't want to leave.

weekend getaway

The house was very nice and clean. The owners were tremendously helpful with issues that arose during our stay. I talked with them about the issues and they fixed. It is a great house to have a family gathering as there is lots of space and the view of the lake as well as the pool in the yard were wonderful. I would certainly go back again.

What a treat!!

The property was perfect & the view was amazing, the pictures do not do it justice! The best place we could have stayed to celebrate our bride to be!! Michael was very responsive throughout the whole process and answered any questions we had. We had no issues with getting Ubers/transportation to take us into the city. It was overall a great stay and I will definitely be back!

Great House

I very much enjoyed my stay at this house. The view of the lake is fantastic. It has plenty of room for about ten people. There are plenty of TVs and furniture. The kitchen is very spacious. The pool is perfect. I would certainly stay here again. The owner/manager is extremely responsive via text. I had a few questions for them throughout my stay, and they always responded very quickly with helpful answers.

Well Appointed Home with Beautiful Views

Just returned from a long weekend. I was impressed with the views of the lake, especially from the upper deck. The pool and outdoor area was very clean and served as an extension of the home. Inside the home, there were abundant kitchen appliances/utensils as well as plenty of linens for a large group. It did not apply to our group at all, but I would caution those that are less physically able that the house is built vertically and features quite a few stairs. The owner was very responsive and helpful and I would definitely stay here again.

Neat house in Awesome location

We rented this house for a long weekend. There was plenty of room for the four of us, my parents, and my sister’s family of four. The pool and outside deck was fantastic. There are plenty of pool floaties and corn hole as well as games inside too. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The kitchen is huge with lots of seating. The beds were comfy. The neighborhood was very quiet. The views of Lake Travis are stunning. If anyone in your party has any mobility issues, bear in mind that this house, being a split level, has a lot of stairs. But the house’s unique floor plan definitely adds to its charm. I would definitely recommend this property.

Great Weekend Getaway!!

This home was absolutely perfect for our girls weekend reunion. Upon arriving we immediately noticed the beautiful views of Lake Travis and the home was in great condition. There is a view from every level and room in the house! Very clean, well furnished and was stocked with the amenities we needed. The backyard and pool area was awesome. The pool was clean and there was a ton of space for us to tan, BBQ and relax. The house is also pretty spaced out from the neighbors so we were able to play some music outside without bothering the neighbors. In addition the location of the house was close to a grocery store 5-10 minutes down the road which made it super easy to stock the house and only 20 minutes from downtown. Michael was very attentive and gave me suggestions on things to do around the area and tips to make this a fabulous trip. He sent me very detailed instructions on how to use everything in the house prior to arrival which made it very easy to get situated. We look forward to renting the house again and hope to make this an annual girls vacation! I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a great getaway!

Beautiful lake view, but house underwhelming and far from downtown Austin

My family and my in-laws rented this property for spring break specifically because we wanted not to stay right downtown since SXSW was going on in Austin. Plus it had a pool for my daughter. The view of Lake Travis form the property is beautiful and it is in a quite location. Mike was also very good to work with. He responded quickly with answers to questions we had after we arrived. The property description states that it is 15 mins from downtown Austin and this is NOT accurate. We made the trip to and from downtown Austin 3 days in a row at varying times of the day and not once were we even close to making it in 15 mins. It was closer to at least 30 mins and that is assuming minimal traffic. More like 45 if traffic is heavy. The house itself is not in the best of shape. It reminded me more of a house my buddies and I would have rented in undergrad and threw big parties in, so if that is what you are looking for then a great option. We have stayed at over a dozen VRBOs across the country and enjoy cooking some of our meals at the house using local ingredients. This is the first property we have rented that had little to know cooking items like oil, salt, pepper or other basic ingredients. Overall I was underwhelmed with this property, especially for use on a family oriented trip.

As always we appreciate all reviews, and so far have matained a near 5 star rating. We understand some guest carry a very high expectation and may not always be pleased. We also live in the near by area and make the downtown commute everyday. Arriving to the Austin area during SXSW or any other grand event will cause major delays in any commute regardless of the time of day. This was a double dose with spring break week and SXSW and 300k plus people in the area. No way this guest could have experinced a normal commute. I'd have to disagree with considering this home quality , as we have had repeat guest who frequent the property and claim it is one of the nicer homes they attend. Our visitors consist of large families, wedding groups, honeymoon retreats, reunions, and business executive gatherings. We have been commented that the home is nicer than the pictures even show. We are one of the few homes that is also requested multiple times of the year for photo shoots and promotional video filming. With that said we have invested over 75,000 in improvements in 2015 alone and will continue more in 2016. We do also supply salt, pepper, flower, and many other items like grill propane, coffee filters, paper towels, shampoo, hand soap, laundry soap, cookware and just to name a few. This is the first time I have heard a concern, and not sure why the items were not located at the home. I will make sure we give future guest details of where to find these items.

This home is older/dated and could use some maintenance but it suited our needs for the month we were there. The heated pool and hot tub are nice perks. Note that there are 5 levels and lots of stairs. The host/owner is friendly and addressed issues that arose promptly. The biggest con for us were the beds. It’s personal preference but the King and both Queen beds are extreme soft. Family members that stayed there all had the same complaint. Blackout window curtains would be helpful also. In summary, the view of Lake Travis is amazing and the home is located in a quiet area. Just note stairs and soft beds.

Great house with fantastic lake views

The house was great and fit all of our needs. Everything was clean and there were plenty of amenities. The pool is not heated and was too cold to be used in early April, but the hot tub was great. Communication with the homeowner was fantastic and everything went very smoothly. Would definitely stay here again.

Girls weekend

The house was perfect for my best friend’s bachelorette party.. beautiful views of the lake and the pool/hot tub/outdoor area was great to hang out in. The house was clean and in good condition. Was a bit far from the downtown Austin area (which we knew going in) but we were still able to enjoy time there and getting transportation/uber/Lyft was pretty easy! There are some other more local spots to go out at as well which was nice when we didn’t feel like making the trip all the way downtown. Overall was a great stay and would definitely recommend!

House with character and a view

Overall experience was very nice. Very spacious, and had enough room for everyone. Outdoor pool and patio was beautiful, especially with the lake view! Located in a nice area outside the city, but also close enough to enjoy the city and boating to Lake Travis. Communication with owner was good and also was friendly. I would recommend to friends or a family.

amazing weekend

The property was absolutely amazing for a quick girls weekend! Mike was great leading up to the trip as well as throughout the weekend. I would definitely recommend to others who want to stay on the lake!

My wife and I are local owners living in the Austin area for over 20 years, and in the Lake Travis area for 16 of them. We have loved the ease and location of this area as I operate my local real estate business in central Texas.

My wife and I purchased this beautiful home and immediately began falling in Love with the home. We love the unique design as we have not seen many homes like this one. I knew this home was a rare opportunity. It truly had everything we could ever imagine wanting in a property, such as views, nature, character, and accommodations not to mention the close location to Austin, shopping, and entertainment . We have always loved the Lake Travis area, and wanted to share this home with others so they too could experience it as well.

Nearly every room in the house boasts breathtaking lake views—even the garage offers a glimpse of the water! Outdoors, you'll find natural rock formations and park-like landscaping that enhance the serene setting.

Inside and out, the home features open, airy spaces designed for both relaxation and connection. Adding to its unique charm, the property holds a special place in music history—renowned musicians, including members of The Eagles, Styx, and REO Speedwagon, have stayed here and even performed in the backyard.

This is more than just a vacation rental—it's a piece of Lake Travis history, wrapped in comfort and beauty.
