Grand entertaining space with large deck and fire pit located in the town of Valatie. This spacious A frame home has vaulted ceilings, an open concept living room and kitchen space, and lofted lounging area that overlooks the living space with a wood pellet stove. A hot tub and firepit are outside for you to enjoy. A private, aboveground pool with deck is available during the summer months. A fully finished walkout basement with TV and full bath. This home is the perfect retreat for you and your guests to escape and unwind.

Amazing house!

My girlfriends and I stayed for the weekend, and Th is house was perfect. Meticulously maintained, absolutely beautiful, and stocked with everything we needed. We spent a lot of time in the hot tub and gathered around the kitchen island. It’s super private and easy to get to, and the host was friendly and reachable. Definitely saving this one for a future trip.

Terrific property

We loved our stay at Adam's house. This is the rare rental that is even nicer in-person than online. You can tell that a human thought about what it would be like for other humans to stay here for multiple nights, which is really appreciated. The house was super clean (including the pool and hot tub) and the communication with Adam was easy. All the members of my group (from the picky 6 year-old to the very picky 76 year-old) would love to return!

Perfect Getaway

House was lovely, the most comfortable beds and pillows, beautiful views, clean & well stocked kitchen. Coffee maker made delicious coffee! We explored the area with ease and had a great time. Would definitely be back!

Wonderful home

This is a beautiful home in a very peaceful setting and was perfect for our group of 7. It was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We would definitely book again!

Great stay with family

We loved this house, it's just as described. Enough space and beds for 6 adults and 1 child. Hot tub, ping-pong table, pellet stove, very cozy living/dining space, new appliances. Must be even better in the summer, so hope we'll get a chance to rent it again.

Lovely Gathering Place

This was perfect for our family and friends to gather during down time while visiting Albany for our son’s wedding. The home was large enough for all, table games, ping pong and a hot tub. The only down side was the driving distance back and forth to Albany for wedding events.

Perfection!

This property was everything we wanted and more! The house and surrounding property was pristine. The house was beautifully decorated, comfortable and fully stocked with everything from dishes to soap/detergent to a fun kids room with books and toys. Adam was easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great Weekend Escape!

This charming home located in the middle of a beautiful forest was a perfect spot for our family gathering. Three story layout made for a private retreat for all. Bunk bed room filled with toys & games was a hit with the kids! Attention for detail showed throughout the home. Amazing outdoor deck & hot tub was a big hit! Will definitely return for a repeat stay in the future!

Hennett Rd Get-away

Great place! Home is spacious with everything you need. Ping pong table was a big hit. The property is quiet & private with a big yard. The above ground pool was the perfect spot to cool off. Nice area with plenty to do within an hour drive. Property owners were very responsive. Definitely recommend a stay here.

Owner was very responsive and professional, the property was beautiful. The house was amazing, did not want to leave. Bed were so comfortable. There were plenty of games ans activities. Highly recommend.

Spacious and Gracious

If you're looking for a beautiful and spacious rental smack dab in the middle of amazing, bucolic Columbia County this is the place. Our largish group of adults and a preteen had so much fun in this wonderfully appointed home. Spotless and quiet, with a great hot tub and deck with pool. We had a small mixup with finding the home (totally our fault) and the host was incredibly responsive and helped get us on track. Couldnt be happier with our stay.

Great getaway from the city

Our family had a wonderful time. Great location to do many things nearby - biking on the rail trail, hiked to a waterfall, visited a brewery and enjoyed many local restaurants. The kids loved the ping pong table and the pool and hot tub were nice to have for the time we spent in the house. Kitchen had everything we needed to make a few home cooked meals and the property overall is very well represented by description and photos. Also the house was very clean and we appreciated the no shoe policy which I think helps keep it so clean and feel more like our own home.
