Palm Valley CC - Gorgeous View! Golf Course Island Green w/Mountains & Water

You'll just love our 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo. Our condo is on the 2nd hole of the Challenger golf course. We have a beautiful built-in barbecue on the patio for your grilling needs. There are over 46 pools to choose from, but the best pool in the complex is only steps from the back patio.

The condo is fully remodeled with comfy furniture. Our kitchen is fully stocked. Flat screen with HDTV in the living room and flat screens in both bedrooms. All of the beds are of high quality. We also have ample appliances, including a washer and dryer in the utility room as well as a dishwasher. Wireless internet is also provided.

Palm Valley Country Club is a guard gated community. There are two golf courses - both designed by Ted Robinson and a full tennis facility. Guests have access to the 85,000 square foot magnificent clubhouse, which includes two restaurants and an adjacent elegant cocktail lounge with a panoramic view of the mountains and Championship Golf course. Every Friday night is PASTA NIGHT in the main dining room - an event not to be missed. The facility also includes a full spa to pamper yourself.

We have a 2-car garage with one space available to keep your car cool and clean. Outdoor parking is also available for an additional car. You can also take a spin on our bicycles for a bit of exercise and fresh air or stay inside and enjoy a puzzle or board game. Beyond the gates of this facility, there are so many activities to choose from, including a huge number of restaurants - from casual dining to fine dining. There is also theater, golf, hiking, bicycling, world-class shopping and so much more.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Palm Valley CC condo. It was very clean and had everything we needed (and then some). We arrived late on a Friday evening, so it was especially nice to find coffee pods the next morning since we hadn't made it to the grocery store yet. We really enjoyed sitting out on the patio, watching the golfers go by. The only negative would be that you can hear the trains flying by as the tracks are very close by. It's not super loud, but you do hear them. Overall, we would stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at this Palm Valley condo and would definitely return. The unit was very clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described.The kitchen was especially well stocked - plenty of dishes, cookware, and thoughtful extras like spices, oil, foil, and storage bags. We also appreciated the quality of the amenities, from the nice thick toilet paper to the comfortable furnishings throughout.The patio was a highlight, with a large table and lounge chairs in great condition. The views were absolutely beautiful... overlooking the golf course, ponds with fountains, and mountains. The sunsets were truly gorgeous and made for a very relaxing setting.The nearby community pool was perfectly located with similar views, which made it a great spot to unwind.There is some train noise but we found it to be tolerable and easy to get used to. The air conditioning unit was actually more noticeable, but neither impacted our sleep.Overall, a lovely property in a great location. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily book again!

The property is pretty much as it looks in the photos online. The view from the patio is absolutely spectacular. It’s a very nice unit, king. bed in main bedroom is very comfortable, washer and dryer worked like a champ, location in Palm Desert is central to almost everything.Palm Valley country club where the unit is located is a very well kept, picturesque place to stay. They have staff working on the grounds all day every day to keep it almost immaculate.The use of the garage with the garage door opener during your stay is a definite plus considering how hot it gets.Like any VRBO, there are things we could nitpick, but you’ll get that with most rentals. Communication with the host and their property manager went very smoothly. We had an issue with the air conditioner and the property manager had someone here and repaired it within 30 minutes.A few things could use updating, but considering the view and value for money, it is a very nice property.

We really enjoyed our stay. I was so impressed how the kitchen was appointed everything you needed & more. The owner was very accommodating whenever we had a question, the bed very comfy and the view was amazing not only from the living room but the bedroom as well. Really enjoyed watching all the ducks. Beautiful property

The golf course is so pretty! Great location, quiet and clean home. Home had everything we need to enjoy our Stagecoach weekend. Only negative was the pools were not well maintained, algae growing in all the pools we visited.

Spring Getaway

We've stayed here several times through-out the past few years and enjoy relaxing on the patio, over looking the water and the golf course. This unit is well stocked with everything you might need. The new owners are very responsive to requests.

Tennis at Indian Wells

The condo was absolutely perfect, exactly as described. 10 min away from the Indian Wells tennis garden. The property owners are the nicest and provided assurance that everything would be ok even before getting there.
