Our host, Esti, could not have been any more sweet and accommodating. The house was magnificent - updated, roomy, comfortable and with a heated pool.The walk to the beach was less than 5 minutes and several good restaurants are within a short walk. I’d stay here again.

Best Place I Have Ever Stayed

The location couldn’t be better—just steps from the beautiful Fort Lauderdale Beach with stunning views. The home was spotless, well-stocked, and had all the comforts we needed for a relaxing getaway. Communication with the host was seamless, and every detail was thoughtfully arranged. Check in process was excellent. Esti met us at the house and gave a tour with information about the property. She provided a number to call and stated to use for any issues. We did not have any problems. The house was well equiped and met our needs. We had 4 couples and were very comfortable. The house is in a great location for restaurants, shopping and the beautiful beach. The pool was a great way to end our very busy days.

Clean and crisp modern vibe with a pool and by the beach.

Great venue to finish out our trip. The space accommodated two families with kids perfectly and the back yard was a hit. We loved the outdoor dining area. Communication and customer seems was great. We will definitely repeat this location.

Having it all Fort Lauderdale

If you want a very clean well outfitted house, a great pool, a stop lighted street crossing to the beach, publix, trader joes, whole foods and total wine, italian bakery, french bakery around the block, upscale shopping center down the street and enough bedrooms and beds for the entire family, this property does it all. Clean and beautiful property, very close to the beach, restaurants, and activities! - Only reason we're not giving this 5 stars is due to issues we had was with the air conditioning in the main house for the duration of our stay. The unit was not cooling properly despite taking the precautions property management suggested (keeping doors, windows, and curtains closed throughout the day).

Oasis Steps from the Beach

My friends and I had the most amazing stay at this property. It is perfect for groups. The house was clean, bedding was super comfortable, outdoor living spaces were fabulous. the pool was amazing. i love that there were beach chairs (5) and umbrellas (2) for us to use at the beach. The hosts were super easy to communicate with and went above and beyond to accommodate an early check in time. I would definitely love to stay at this property again.

Perfect location

This house was a beautiful spot to enjoy the sunshine in the winter. Just steps from a quiet beach and a beautiful backyard with swimming pool. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool which was immaculately clean and well kept and had everything we needed to relax and enjoy. The main house was very clean and well equipped with all the comforts of home. Although it was not clear in the description that the additional king bedroom was in a separate building from the main house, the owner easily cleared this up and answered our questions before we arrived.

Truly the Perfect Vacation!

I cannot say enough about this property and the management. We had to book at the last minute due to unforseen circumstances and the management was very accomodating and considerate. They were very helpful and even let us check in a bit early! The house was wonderfully appointed, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was perfect; we walked on the beach at sunrise and sunset and felt like it was a private beach. It was generally very quiet and great for a good nights sleep. We only wished we could stay another week.

Perfect location

We loved our stay at this property. It was clean, well furnished. VERY short walk to the beach, which was not crowded at all! Kitchen was well stocked, beds were soooo comfortable!I wasn’t clear on the layout of all the bedrooms until we got there… so just to clarify for others - there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the main house, along with kitchen, dining and living room. Two of the bedrooms have king size beds with attached bathrooms, the third has a queen size bed. In the pool house there are two separate apartments, one upstairs and one downstairsThe one downstairs had a pull out sofa bed and the one upstairs had a king size bed. Both apartments have kitchenettes and bathrooms. So there is plenty of room for everyone to have their own space which was wonderful for our group. The outdoor area with pool was lovely and we never heard a peep from any neighbors. Plenty of restaurants, Publix, and a large mall within a mile or two of the house. Highly recommend!

Wish we could have stayed longer!

We were so pleased with this home and guest house. Location was perfect. Only 5 minute walk straight to beach. Just north of all the spring breaker chaos but close to Sunrise Blvd and Hugh Taylor park. Esti greeted us at the home. Gave a tour and explained everything we needed to know. She was available for any questions and provided extra amenities for our children. The home and everything in it was brand new. Beautiful and extremely comfortable bedding, leather sofas, stools & dining chairs throughout. The pool area, gazebo with table and chairs, grill, ping pong table all made for lots of fun all week. The guest house has 2 separate suites with kitchenettes to help allow a little private time when desired. Everyone loved it and we will try to return. Thank you to Esti and Jessica, who contacted us first to set up the visit. It was all wonderful. Cheryl

The property compound is made of 2 separate buildings, a single story house with 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, and a separate 2 story guest house with 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. the rooms in the guest house also have a kitchenet.
The entire property is rented together so guests can enjoy their group privacy. The main house has 2 king size beds and one queen size bed, and the guest house has a king size bed upstairs & a queen size sleeper sofa. The downstairs of the guest house also serves as a pool lounge.
The house is well equipped with all linens, towels, Blankets, cooking utensils, cookware, dinnerware, paper goods and toiletries.
The fully fenced and gated backyard features a heated swimming pool with a small Jacuzzi, large pergola with dining table and BBQ grill, ping-pong table and lots of lounging area.
The home is literarily 30 second walk to the beach and close to all beach dining shopping and nightlife.
